just because my opinion's different from yours, or might not be what the OP wants to hear, makes it no less valid :)

In jest, that sounds like it came right out of T-Mobile 's Legal Council's book of "CISAS Defence Ideas" :D

If you find my posts useful, "pay it forward" and help someone else out, that's how places like MSE can be so successful.

Thank you to both of you Anna and LGP, but I will try to contact T-mobile, then if necessary CISAS. As LGP stated, the most that I can lose is my time :)
Good luck, and keep us posted on how you get on. Although it will cost you some of your time, at least it'll hurt TM financially in adjudication costs :)

I've transferred to another network, no hitches, and T-Mobile account showing as been closed. I just need to wait now to see what happens about my refund and compensation. Oh, and that apology ;)

At least I'm free of T-Mobile _party_

Ofcom report:-
In the mobile market Orange and T-Mobile, the two brands that make up EE, were the most complained about brands, with T-Mobile at 0.19 per 1,000 and Orange at 0.16. This comes despite apparent eager demand for EE's 4G services, with 500,000 customers now on the superfast network, according to the firm.

EE said it would take the feedback on board and continue to try and improve its services: “We strive to offer our customers the best service at all times. We take all complaints we receive very seriously and will take on board the findings of this latest Ofcom report," the firm said.
Anyone surprised?

They have 30 days to comply (from date of decision). The legal team assure me the refunds will be processed within the timeframe allowed.

Hi Everyone,

As most of you I am awaiting a CISAS decision. Originally Mr Thomas Earley been appointed as my adjudicator and as such I was quite happy as he made some cases in favor to the customers.

Surprise surprise - today's letter from CISAS:

"Further to our previous correspondence, we write to advise that the original appointed adjudicator is unable to make a decision in the above matter due to unforeseeable circumstances and therefore a substitute adjudicator has been appointed.

....and so forth"

Now I don't want to jump into any conclusions but maybe our open discussion have an impact on adjudicators and as such it might be worth to keep some things quiet :)

Word of caution on CISAS email address - or maybe I'm just being dumb!

I submitted my claim (post Oct 2012 contract V59) on 17th June via the CISAS website, however I received an email on 18th June saying that the attachments did not upload and could I send them attached to an email? I did this by simply replying to the email received on 18th June. Today 27th (I've been away) I called CISAS to check my claim was received okay - and they had not received it!!!

It transpires that the email address I replied to was CISAS@idrs.ltd.uk (which was the email address they had used to me), however claims via email need to go to Info@CISAS.org.uk (now done :))

Just thought you should all be aware.

Has anybody (apart from Anna2007) won or lost on a post Oct 2012 contract?

The same happened to me on my first claim which was rejected as they did not consider me to be at deadlock.
