    Perhaps you'd do better if you didn't do things for a reward, and just did them because you are a nice person.

    Maybe they are based somewhere warm, jealous much if they are, we had snow here today :cool:

    Jesus christ...I have just done a big shop then when i got home i cooked dinner for us all and i am about to shampoo our carpets....

    I must be in for a hell of a night in the bedroom....Not!
    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
