OP for future reference you might get more sympathetic/helpful responses if you tell people what actually happened. I really don't understand how you could expect constructive responses when your original post was devoid of any solid information.

I can imagine he didn't say what it was because probably he was ultimately in the wrong and just didn't like the way the situation panned out in store.
