Oh WOW that amazing ! :j:beer::T:):D:beer: :jThank you so (very) much. That has made my day :T (one of those days today when I wish I had just stayed in bed this morning!) Its very exciting to finally know what magazine the chart was from ! if you are able to post a pic of the cover of the mag then I would be very grateful. likewise would you be able to let me know what the other bookmark charts are that are in the magazine?
Here's the cover...
There's a bookmark of a frog leaping, a 'DIY dad' one with tools surrounding the words and a whale one with 'forever blowing bubbles' above the picture. Not a great choice for bookmarks...
There's quite a few smaller coaster/card size designs. Or was it only bookmarks you were after?Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27
12/12/12 challenge-[STRIKE]Season's Greeting Newton's Law[/STRIKE] Christmas polar bear-finished on time!
Thanks to all the girls in the Cross Stitch Cafe! You're all fantastic! :A0 -
Found the cat - she's in the most hard to access area of the hay loft. OH got within ten foot of her and she got that distressed that we've left her for now.
Getting impatient though - want to check they are ok, what colours, how many - and have cuddles (and lots of photos).
Got a home for 2 already, will try and find homes for others but if not will keep them - but will make sure they have visits to vets when old enough, one litter is fine, but not every few months!
And this is the stray, now named Puss Puss :rotfl:With Puss Puss being a stray it will be harder to gain her trust. I'm sure the kittens will start to emerge soon. If you're making sure mum is well fed, then she only has to worry about feeding the kittens, not finding food for herself too. That will make her life a lot easier. Well done & keep us updated.
Just popping in to say I've not picked up any cross stitch since Easter. Have been knitting and machine sewing, so not completely idle.
Going to rome and Pompeii for a few days later today. What started as a cheap break has snowballed into a holiday but it will be worth it. Not sure whether to take any cross stitching with me as space is very limited, only checking one small case between the 3 of us.
Anyway, just wanted to say good luck to Soulie for Friday, it goes without saying that I hope your scan goes well and the treatment is working.
Hugs to all those that need them.
Hope you have a great holiday. Sounds wonderful! Looking forward to hearing about it when you return.
MrsM-P...Tink is looking great. Is it all back stitch? I've got an Eeyore one like it in my stash somewhere.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

I love this - I have 3 (I think) WTP sketch pieces which were completed a few years ago and intended to be made into a child's quilt. Don't think the child in question would appreciate WTP now - more likely to have bedroom decorated with One D or Justin B
Have been following your comments as I thought you were probably doing the Tinkerbell from the same range - it is lovely0 -
my DD is a big disney fan and if fancy dress is ever required tinkerbell is her chosen character so im doing this for her 21st birthdaySPC~12 ot 124

Thank you very much for posting a picture.I have to say having seen the cover, I don't remember the mag! I was interested to know what other bookmark designs were inside as the page I have with the bookworm design on says - see more bookmark designs on page ... but of course I couldn't.. I would be interested to know what other designs were in the mag so if you could post a pic ofthe contents page, I would be very grateful
I've stitched the bookmark design twice and now having a definite date for the mag will help me narrow down when i actually stitched it first as I remember it being one of the first projects where I spent a weekend doing not much else ! Thank you again :T0 -

Morning all so this is my progress on my tiger, picture 1 was 25th Feb and picture 2 today.
I've not done a huge amount but I did do a popcorn bear in between to get my cross stitch mojo back.
I'm off on holiday soon so hoping that if I show you a before holiday pic I'll be motivated to do some whilst I'm away.
