  • JCS, that stash picture is great, you can certainly justify the cost now. Could you tell me what the seed beads are like if you have opened them. I have to use them in my current design and just wondered if they are better quality than normal seed beads.

Winniethepooh, love that tapestry! The roses really pop on the bright background.

Don't know if any of you follow Bothy Threads on facebook but look at this kit, I must say I did lol when I saw it. I would love to do one or two of the designs just for card fronts.

Have a great weekend all :D

    Hi Girls

Hope you are all well and busy stitching happily away.

Just thought I let you know I got an INTERVIEW and test. All goes ahead next Thursday. My boss who helped me with the application said it was all down to him helping me.

Well off to work away on some more stitching for Sandy Hook.

    Kind wishes to all

    sweetcarer ;)
Well done and best wishes for the interview. Do you know anything about the format of the interview? One person or panel? Just questions or will there be tests etc?

Be prepared to fall in love. Waterlillies are beautiful and you will have loads left over to use on other projects
  • Dress Makers Daughter kit looks absolutely beautiful, not sure I would have the patience! :rotfl:

I needed a change from the black and white of my border collies so stitched this little cup cake, the 'icing' is stitched in pearlescents and it was awful to stitch but it does give a good effect once finished.
