Evening all. Ive had about three hours stitching today. My arms and shoulders ache but im pleased with my progress.

Dress Makers Daughter kit looks absolutely beautiful, not sure I would have the patience! :rotfl:

I needed a change from the black and white of my border collies so stitched this little cup cake, the 'icing' is stitched in pearlescents and it was awful to stitch but it does give a good effect once finished.

moments_of_sanity - that's awesome! I've stitched with pearlescents before and it's so tricky but you're right, totally worth it

JCS wow definate stash envy, im sure it will look even more stunning than the photo you psoted in reality once its finished. looking at the materials im sure it will be a delight to work on.

Uh oh bang goes the next hour my WOXS has just landed on the doormat!!

Out of interest I signed up for the 5 issues for £5, I'm now on issue 3. Should I be cancelling my subscription now as I plan to start another subscription but with the magazine going to my mums address

Love that, I have a tapestry of Southwold Lighthouse to do, I've had it years!! haven't attempted it yet as never done one before must've had it 10+ years!!:rotfl::rotfl:
