    Hi Sea

just a thought (bit late now...but maybe fore next time;) ) at our library we can manage our 'account' online - so we can renew the books without leaving the house....and even better if the books missing it gives a few weeks grace to find it. The account brings up the items you have and you just renew them. Brilliant system. I just wondered whether you had checked to see if your local library offered this service...would save a fine (although you can renew over the phone as well)

ooh thanks for that - will investigate, as although the kids don't pay fines, I have to pay the postage costs for the letter. I'll ask at storytime next week - or look it up now actually!

Right I think I'll have a dig around and attempt punk for ds - although I don't know if he'll be well enough now :(. He's been up not well, coughin wheezing and his glands are up too. Ah well, fresh air, wrapped up snuggly in the pushchair might help! I'll make sure I take photos of course ;)

    Goals for this weekend are:
*take one more bag to the charity shop
*arrange collection for newborn cothes on freecycle
*collect plant pots from kind freecycle woman
*Mark yr 9 assessment BEFORE sunday eve in mad panic
    *email lovefilm about the DVD
*go over plans for lessons on monday
*continue with decluttering - attempt to do 2 flylady missions per day
*lay out kids clothes for week
*put away the towering pile of ironing that I actually did last night when there was no MSE!!! :D
*Take photos of broken lawnmower to list on Ebay (a similar one went for £100!!!)
*Transfer £100 from paypal to barclaycard fund :)
*Write a thanks card for family we stayed with last weekend.

I'll add more if I need to - would also love a big bubble bath with the new library books I got but not sure if I can fit that in lol.

Am only allowing myself 15 mins bursts on mse today - once this is done i have to go do something productive to earn back time and I'm off to the gala soon.

What's your opinion? Gala pronounced gayla or garla? They all say gayla round here!! Obviously I do not!

:D Thank you!!! I KNOW it's garla - but have already had several 'discussions' about it lol! I refuse to let DD say gayla so we're now referring to it as carnival :rotfl:
