Now colouring the eggs, but on glass no. 3 and think I need to stop soon and get to my bed as it's had a dramatic effect!! Not a bad one mind, but certainly more quickly than usual.

Nope - I had to send Ryan to school with a boiled egg the other day, and of course Stu broke it (seeing if he could balance it on something :rolleyes:), so I had to send him to Asda for some more at goodness knows what time of night. He still had his pyjamas on under his jeans and coat!

Well, four eggs are dying as I type - then I'll swap them over before I go to bed, which I think will be shortly.

Bottle of wine = fantastic open conversation with OH = but I fear bad head tomorrow.

Head is rather delicate but not too bad actually. Still, need to sort it before 12 as that's when full kids party starts!!

The children are in great moods this morning Always nice.

Hi all

Well, reading Dorothy Rowe and trying to get my sense of self back has meant the whole weekend is now !!!!ed.

B-i-l (the one who just walked out on his gf and kids) has a new gf - I could not care less BUT then he brings her to m-i-l's house as we're all doing crafty easter stuff. I walked out. I am refusing to go to the Easter meal tomorrow as she is coming - as a matter of principle. I was brought up to believe in certain things and have certain morals and decent principles. I honestly do not care that he's been shagging round and has got a gf already after only a few weeks. The fact that it is rubbed into my face AND I am told not to tell my friend, the x gf really !!!!es me off and I don't think it's acceptable. I basically can't talk to one of my best friends as I refuse to lie about it and of course it's quite a big deal this weekend. He needs to sort this by telling her. I don't want to tell her - she's gonna be so hurt and is not really coping as he's just walked out of their life together, leaving her with nothing - she doesn't work etc. He's swanning round up here, getting rolls of money out at our house and flicking through it - like £1000 and we're obviously not. Referring to his versace jeans and saying how he'll have to get some new ones as they are getting dirty. !!!!!!. !!!!!!.

I'm just so angry - I could cope and deal with all the stuff before but having it shoved in my face at what is meant to be a family event AND being told not to tell my friend just takes the biscuit. Non of OH's family understand - no doubt they will think I am being hysterical and irrational and that's why I'm depressed etc. but I haven't felt this clear minded about anything in a long time. Feels good to finally stand up for something. Also while there his other brother was carrying on that Will was gay because of his handbag (firstly, what the hell has it to do with him, second, so what if he is and third I really don't want my children to be around the kind of homophobic racist !!!! that they spout).

Arghhh.

Not the weekend I had planned. Am going to write a little note to M-i-l explaining why I feel I can't go to the meal as I feel bad for her, but OH will be taking the kids and I'll have to fake illness in front of them or something. OH's brother is not welcome here while I am here any more and I want nothing more to do with him - he constantly undermines OH and I've told OH that of course he's his own man, I'd never ask him to choose and it's just when I'm around that I don't want to see OH, he can obviously see him as much as he wants - you know what I mean!!
