Thanks, Sea! I think the thing for me is I overdose on what I think I "should" do, and get surprised when I find I haven't enjoyed it! "Do what makes you feel good" - I have to listen to that!

Its just not me to exercise tho, I must say I'm a bit stuck with it. The garden *needs* work, and I *should* do that rather than pay for an exercise class, but on a grey rainy day like today, I really don't want to. And so it goes on....

Well why don't you meet yourself half-way?

If it's not raining, do the garden.

If it is raining, go to the gym.

    That's a good answer ZTD....
Sea have you marked those books yet?....that book may do you some good and it's true that a pill won't solve the problem...you have to get to the bottom of why you are unhappy and what you can do to make yourself happy...

I've marked one set - only one to go now :D

Just watching the race build up :) Might set myself a target though of finishing all the books before the race actually starts so that I can fully enjoy it....hmm....

I know what I need to do to make me happy, it's just not gonna be easy. Hey ho.

you will never get rid of the depression if you know what is causing it and don't do anything to change it....sorry if that sounds harsh ..but..is it woth the short term pain for the long term gain?

    Thanks all :)

Hope you're feeling better now LT. I still haven't finished off the CJ, but have got this long weekend to get it all done :)

Been talking to my bessie mate about it all. Is helping - will take a will to work out what I need to do I think.

Been getting addicted to facebook, so between that and the marking, been wasting lots of time lol.

Parents eve tomorrow night - should be fun!
