hey Lenny! How you doing? Are you going under the sea?
Hugs sea - maybe you should go o se go again & get a review of meds if youre still feeling low although you have had an awful lot to cope with of late & that would make anyone depressed! Hugs for you! Am off to bed - busy but nice day with excercise & wine now catching up!!

    :)

Well I finished off the book last night in bed and it's quite good really - basically says tha tin order to help myself, I need ot be prepared to change things. Which is something I know I have to do but am scared to do. Will have to get my head round all that I think.

Not much planned toda - want to mark those books and also watch the race :D Avoiding all news etc until then as I don't want to know the result!!

    Grand Prix :)

Haven't finished the CJ just yet - almost, but needs a few more 'bits' :) I'm enjoying being able to be relaxed about scrapping and adding bits and pieces - this whole CJ process has really improved my scrapping I think - less likely to beat myself up about it and just go with the flow!!

Morning Sea. Get that marking done and out of the way, then you can concentrate on having a nice day x

    Hi Sea

I'm sure you're on the right track with skipping to the "how to " section! The pills can only do so much, and if its your present day situation thats getting you down, a pill can't change that..... sorry.... :( I was up early today and had that "How long will you live" programme on in the background... ye gods, tho I'm not overweight like that, that is *definitely* a change I need to make, I'm incredibly unfit even tho I'm more or less the right shape. Its just not me to exercise tho, I must say I'm a bit stuck with it. The garden *needs* work, and I *should* do that rather than pay for an exercise class, but on a grey rainy day like today, I really don't want to. And so it goes on....

Very true - the pills will only dumb things down to a copable level! Won't actually solve anything - taken me 11 months to realise this of course...

I need to get sorted with regards to exercise etc. Do what makes you feel good today and don't feel guilty if it's not the garden!! :)
