    Thanks all :)

Also making app with gp first thing tomorrow as the paranoia is worsening really badly and I'm not sure if the prozac is making it worse - combined with the other effects, not thinking they are a good thing. Obviously I won't quit taking them or anything, but I'm finding it increasing difficult to work out what I'm actually feeling and what is the effects of the drugs, or maybe the depression. I'll stop now before I make myself sound even more insane!! Not spoken to my friend today - talked to my mum about it and she said that was probably wise - I'm not helping by being so close to the whole family thing and from my point of view, I just don't know who to trust at the moment due to all stuff being said, so i'm going to trust no one that has anything to do with the situation!!

Aww hugs for you. SOunds wise to see the GP & have a chat about things. Re the family situation can you just take a step back from the whole thing and just avoid them for a while. These things can get out of proportion sometimes and if youre feeling low it can feel even more overwhelming. At the end of the day does it matter what people say - you know what you have/have not done and if you can just dont get into it with them...Have you managed to have any fun/chill time? Hows the wine?!

Hi sea, I've only just read your last few posts and am so sorry to hear of the inlaw troubles.

That brother in law does sound like lowlife but don't worry, you can never descend to his level. I think you're doing the right thing by avoiding them all for a while.

I hope the doctor's appointment was useful today. Don't let all this bring you down. You are a great person, spring is round the corner, and those scumbags can't get you down if you don't let them.

    Hi
Din't manage to get an appointment today - have to ring at 8.30am tomorrow to try again. Got inset from 3-6pm after school, but will try to get an app in the afternoon during my prep lesson. Fingers crossed!

Feeling a whole lot better today - calmed down a bit and taking the step back from the whole thing has helped so much. Also feel slightly embarrassed about feeling so over the top about it all. So really need to have that chat with the dr!!

Good day at work today - have caught up with a lot of work that I wasn't really behind with, just didn't seem to be getting anywhere!

Got to take Sophia off to her rehearsal for the fashion show at school - she was picked (ballot thingy) last term, but it was postponed and now it's this friday. Dread to think what she'll have to wear!

Am looking forward to my CCCS statement this month - really think I should have gone under £30k!! :D First time in about 5 years... I will also contact the DCAs to get the amounts they reckon I owe and tally up the totals :) Never thought I'd actively want to know how much I owe!

OH and I have been talking about getting debt free and what we'll do - decided to save up for a fab hol. So we're going to use it as a motivational tool - first time in ages, but really feel like we're working together...hopefully it'll last lol!

hmm...was wondering - I know this isn't the right board, but am trying to think back over the weekend, and I can't actually remember much about it at all - have just read back at some of my posts and am quite surprised at the emotion etc shown. Just made me feel even more mad, but has anyone had any experience of this before?

(((((Sea))))) just sending you lots of hugs, you really have been having a horrible time of it. I def think that you should talk to the Dr's about how you have been feeling. Have you kept a diary at all? It might be worth keeping one so that you can track how you are feeling as it happens...that way you won't forget and maybe brush over things that you need to talk to the Dr's about
Anyway enough waffle, hope things will get better over the next couple of day.
