Sea you are so not mad!! Look at the big picture and all that you are dealing with/ have dealt with recently. You are actually coping really well! I suffer frequent "episodes" where I become a little/lot paranoid but they pass, tends to be a woman thing with me I think, but at the time they feel so real - does that make sense. Please don't do yourself down my honey you're doing so well!

hope that you get sorted tomorrow. Depression is a !!!!! isn't it. I liken it to being on flights of stairs, with landings every so many stairs. You think you have made it to the top, but there is another bloody flight of stairs to go up yet!!!!!

This happens to me at the moment. I have PM'd you with the long version of this post.

You are not mad...nor are you paranoid. You have made a major step this weekend standing up to someone who is trying to bully and manipulate you because you are a perceived threat to his control of his own environment.

Standing up for yourself was not an easy thing to do at all..and you really should pat yourself on the back....you have been very brave and you should feel justifiably proud of yourself.

Well done. :T You have not done anything wrong.....you have set an important boundary and in doing so you are looking after yourself. And it doesn;t matter that anyone else may think at the moment about what you have done...don;t be swayed, stick to your guns.

Just remember, we are all here and he doesn;t have our phone numbers!!
