No sweat...just worried I'd got the dates wrong!!
Currently watching my ring not sell...its got 5 mins, 5 watchers & not a single flipping bid! Either it will be no bidders again or they'll all do it last minute! Lets hope for the latter!!
Sorry.(this word has replaced original expletive beginning with b!!) .....should have picked thread up earlier and put bid on to entice the watchers!! Spookily enough..put my first bid on ebay earlier today for a very very long time.....and lostbut saved the money as a result :T
Sea...39k to sub 30k is brill:T :T :T

Rats, just lost my post, and I hadn't copied it for safekeeping. Oh well. Basically said, I'm not surprised it was difficult to get the kids up at 7am on a Sunday!
And I hope you have a lovely day scrapping. I used the French downtime to knit some wristwarmers - literally like legwarmers for the wrists, it was quite fun, and I could quite get into knitting again. I hope you enjoy the day, no matter what colour the sky is.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Brilliant news re the sub £30k!!! Can't wait until the day when I'm logging on to congratulate you on sub20, sub 10 and then 0!!
Sorry you seem to be having such a hard time re OH's family. I keep reading your diary but I'm not always able to post (Tom's fault!!). Is it possible to limit the amount of time you actually see them (Out of sight, out of mind??) and also maybe try nnot to ask them for anything then you won't be disappointed (that's how I deal with my Dad and his family)
Also, I wondered, when you went to the doctor's if there would be any possibility of a week or two off work, just to get you some time to yourself - don't take this the wrong way but sometimes you really sound not very well and I think you might benefit from some time to yourself if possible. Having said that - do you have the "easter holidays" coming up anyway like we do or have you had your end of term break?
Anyway, take care and hope we're still on with the Blackpool plan?!0 -
Hope you enjoyed the day and I agree with chocaholic about you needing you time.Hopefully you will have had a good chillout day today0

Hi
Yes - got 4 more days teaching and an inset day (yawn!) then 2 weeks off which I fully intend to use as chilling, relaxing and nice time
The crop was jsut amazing. It's the first one I've ever been to and it was FANTASTIC. The main woman lead us through all different types of techniques - a lot of them with money saving in mind (how good??) and techniques with paint and threads etc. really really good. Have so many ideas now that I want to get one with scrapping tonight:) Got some fantastic ideas for the CJ now - it'll be different from my previous ones!!
Completely distanced myself now from OH's family - no point and can't be doing!!
I had such a good time today I can't quite believe it! My mum took the kids off to Cosby Beach and walked and played all dayOH had a stonker of a hangover so it was quite good we went out early as he was able to recover!
Chocaholic - def still on with the Blackpool plan, but I hope you've got a big car, as the bags of stuff are growing daily!!

glad you had such a fab time at the crop, i wish i'd been able to go yesterday to mine, but decided to save money and not go, and then met my folks in town and spent a fortune. hmmmm something went wrong there.
I always find i learn so much from the other people at crops once i sort of get over the inferiority complex i have when i compare my work to theirs.0
