Yes, I have a mobile but I dont really have anywhere private to use it apart from the garden. My parents know I am not going to uni anymore so I have no where to even go out now to get away.

But you went for a walk only a few days ago! You could walk for 10 mins and make a call on your mobile...nobody would know.

There is only so many times I can say I am meeting a friend at the pub before they start asking questions. I can go for walk and sometimes I do when I feel like it but won't I need all my details to phone DWp?

Before it was alight, I could say I was going to uni when I wanted to go to see the girlfriend but now I have not got that cover now. I said I was going to the pub today to get out.

I am not trapped but I have lost my main reason to go out.

You don't NEED a reason to go out - you're a grown man. You don't have to explain your every move to your parents.
