Has been a month since the Bolshevik Bootboy Commisariat have sent their words to me. Still no visit, still proud not to watch live TV.

Seems the TV Tax collector wants to pay me a visit now. He calls my address an unlicensed property. Nowhere in his words does it say that if I do not have the facility or watch live Tv, I do not need a license.
I am now really looking forward to meeting him and wasting his time. And the TV tax money.0 -
He's right then, your property IS unlicensed. I have neither a dog, nor a dog license. I am unlicensed! Doesn't bother me though. Feel free to gleefully tell these people you don't watch or record broadcast TV.0
