I'm hanging on in there still with my salads, this week it's been spinach, olives, apple and sultana/walnut coleslaw and nice ham from the deli counter with a packet of crisps on the side.

I was tempted by a mid-afternoon Greggs sausage roll but resisted :)

I took my lunch again today but needed to pop out at lunchtime and got captured by a dishwater soup from Eat and it cost £4.99. What a waste of money

    Hi Guys :j

I was naughty today I must confess :( after getting up several times through the night with youngest DS who was being ill I just didn't have the stomach to look at food this morning so didn't make anything for lunch. I got to lunchtime and had a small portion of curry from the canteen for £1.

Never mind I shall up my game tomorrow and DS is looking loads better after sleeping through most of the day :)

Glad to hear he's feeling a bit better, Kittie.

I got up late and didn't bring lunch so there's a Greggs sausage roll with my name on it today :o

    Afternoon

I am not sure if I managed 4 T-L-Ws this week as I did take lunch all 4 days but yesterday bought breakfast ............ but as it wasn't lunch I think I will declare the 4 full days this week. Is that cheating? If so it will be 3 and I will need to change my signature.

I hope this confusing post makes sense. :o

Tomorrow I am going to make spagehetti with prawns in a chilli sauce but it will only do for Monday because I am very reluctant to keep prawns more than a day or two but will make enough sauce to use with my usual pasta for a couple of days only next week otherwise I shall get bored again. I bought a lovely large crusty loaf yesterday and put it in the freezer so hoping to make a sarnie one day next week for a change as well. :)

Have a good weekend / week.

I know, Shocking eh? I won't be having dishwater soup again. I never meant to buy it, I popped out for lunch and got caught in a snow blizzard and was absolutely freezing and needed something hot.

We do have a microwave at work, but it needs chucking away really, I have never seen anything so minging. I am pretty sure the building services spray it with old cooking fat every so often to make sure that we go to the canteen instead, but the canteen is just as dirty and over priced :eek:

This should make everyone's LTW's a much more happy occasion....

Spice sensation cous cous with raisins, pumpkin seeds. little cubes of cheese (feta or cheddar) cheery toms halved, cuc, spring onions and a couple of dried apricots chopped up

    I love happy tomatoes
