  • I've known about these vouchers for a few months now but have only just given it a go. My code finally arrived after 40 odd hours but iTunes says the code has been suspended... hopefully I'll get a 2nd code through from the chap soon.

    I've heard reports of peoples accounts getting suspended... keep us updated on how you get on at Apple.

    The only reason I bought the discount voucher was to get the 3 seasons of Lost - I use iTunes loads, but when Apple are pricing the episodes at double the price of the US I thought I'd take advantage of the codes.

    you and me both ACCOUNT DISABLED !!! what gives now stuffed using itunes store. giftvoucheruk sort it out.

    Mr Giftvoucheruk PLEASE mail me to sort this problem out. i have had an itunes account for 2 years never a problem. Quote from your site

    "These gift vouchers are supplied to us through corporate promotions. Due to these promotions the vouchers have to be redeemed within 2 months. Although once the gift vouchers are redeemed the gift vouchers can be used for 2 years."

    So there wont be a problem if i have to phone Apple support ?

  • Same here. My replacement code lost all its credit last night. I emailed the code supplier who supplied me with another working code this evening. A few hours later I've joined the account disabled posse, however the credit I have left is still showing.

    If anyone hears from Apple then please post.

  • Apple sent me an e-mail regarding this - and they want to know where i bought the voucher, i've a good mind to point them to this thread.

    looks like this voucher thing is over! and us last posting few have been the unlucky ones

    to quote my e-mail from Apple

    "Your account was disabled because the purchaser of an iTunes Gift Certificate redeemed to your account has refuted the charges with his or her credit card company."

    this sounds like the voucher was bought with a stolen credit card - dam i'm angry - that could of been my credit card !

    if anyone want's to see all of Apple's e-mail just let me know i'll post it
