I seem to have suddenly lost my credit that I had left, approx £80 after registering a code yesterday. I've emailed Apple to see what happened to it.

Received an email of itunesvouchers almost immediately staing there had been a few rogue codes. Received another code and all back up and running again.

You have to say the service is excellent!!!

was the new code form itunes or from the voucher man? as ive just had £100 dissapear from my balance.
  • Send a mail back to the code guy, it was him who sorted it out for me.

have done and once again he has been an absolute star with a new code. looks like the problem with itunes cancelling the credit is that the number had been cancelled.
i did have a laugh at the cheeky response from itunes which more or less told me what me balance was at the moment and to log out and log in and that would sort out my problem. and they more or less said that what i had was enough. just emailed them back to explain that when it did a balance update this morning it took £100 from my balance.and that was my problem not for them to tell me what my balance is this evening and how to log in and out. not sure wether to pursue further as i tried to put the code in again and it mentions that it is a cancelled code.

all they seem to have done is look at my balance at the moment and cant see anything worng with it lol.

does anyone know how to see the history on credit added to your account?
  • Aye, I received the same mail from Apple too.

I haven't found out how to view the credit history either. Like you say I decided it wasn't wise to push it any further with them. After all I haven't lost out and I don't particularly want Apple looking too closely at my account in case I get another code soon:beer:

    I'm a bit concerned about:
*These are short expiry vouchers, please redeem and spend credit within 24 hours of recieving your code*

Not sure I could spend £100 so quickly :(

    Has anyone else had this?
  • Been waiting about 30 hours so far. Have emailed but no response - hopefully just a bank holiday weekend delay. Looks legit from everything i've read so looking forward to spending the vouchers.
  • The vouchers came through in the end and work perfectly!

Just had an email identifying me as an existing customer and pointing me to this website http://www.giftvouchersuk.com/ with a code for £6 off.

Anyone used this site without problems? I'm assuming it's the same source given that I'm flagged as an existing customer!

The website looks different but as an existing customer I too have had the email. I was interested to see he was selling 4gb ipod nanos for £114 which come with a free itunes voucher of £100. A good deal for anybody I would think.
