nearly bought some after reading in here but decided to investigate further, other forums report itunes disabling there accounts when they use these codes. dont think i'll take the risk0

Those people who were wondering whether the vouchers on sale here a while ago were all above board should read this:
news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/manchester/8683064.stm
The name of one of the people in that article matches the name of the person who was advertising iTunes vouchers here back in 2007.
If it is the same person, which seems likely, then he is serving a prison sentence now.0 -
LOL! I just came on the forum to find this thread so I could post that link FancyThat
It does seem likely and I like many MSEers here bought that voucher..! Oops!!!![FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

Now I wish I'd called Crimestoppers with the details I'd tracked down on the person in question -- I might have been given a reward, which I could have spent on iTunes!
Only trouble is, at the time I didn't know for certain that there was anything illegal going on, of course. It all seems so obvious now, though...0 -
Hahhaa it was funny as we were all going "how can this be illegal... hmmm" as if they were stolen they would have been deactivated..
And no one worked it out lol!!
Money laundering.. its all so clear now. Oh well![FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

I have had lots of good experience with iTunes from a chap rated a "Top Seller" on ebay, you've certainly got to be very wary of anyone else!
But I don't know what is going on with this thread about giftvouchersuk, is the whole thing a scam???
When I checked on ebay it says giftvouchersuk, is no longer with them, doesn't sound good, and google search for it shows lots of forum chat about it being a scam and even that domain name up for sale!
What are the contact details people above are using, the web site, the ebay user ID?0 -
Lol bobman look at the dates of the posts
giftvouchersuk was a company years ago selling £100 gift vouchers for £15 or £20 and they actually worked..!!! As there was nothing suggetsing it was illegal it was allowed to be posted and we all prob bought from them at the time..!
Though it just came out they were money laundering stolen credit cards through it and all went to prison.. OOPS[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."
