While reading through the various replies on this thread, I wonder if anybody knows anything about the mis-selling of PPI. I paid £8,000 in PPI premiums but have no paperwork to prove it, do I stand a chance of getting my money back ?

Simple. Just get a new PPI, keep the paperwork, then claim the original back using the new paperwork
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

Must thank all contributors to this thread, I am truely gratefull for the honest opinions given both for and against.

I have been back to Aldi, bought another box and kept the receipt, taken the broken box back and got a refund.

I am honest beyond the expectations of most people and genuinely think that having to be devious should not be a requirement in this age of regulation.

You're either honest or you're not.

This was dishonest. No - I'm wrong. Actually, you have now committed fraud.

  • Come on this thread isn't real - this is all just a windup.

No-one is really that stupid that the evidence they quote to back themselves up actually contradicts everything they are saying.

And spouting they buy British from a German company! This has too many gaffs in it to be real.

At least German companies know how to treat their staff. Aldi pay their cleaners more than Sainsburys, Tesco &Y ASDA pay their section leaders.

So to summarise, Lithoman says he buys British - but actually buyes German.

Lithoman claims to be honest but openly admits to fraud.

Lithoman doesn't believe in keeping paper work and receipts - and thinks he should not have to.

Think that just about sums up this thread.

Now who is being totally stupid, I have taken back to Aldi a faulty item that I bought from Aldi, not dishonest, not fraud just having to work the system.

Please think before you post, your responses are like a lynch mob.

    Frankly my dear, I dont.................
