  • Hi Matt/Kee,
I have 2 transactions made 8 days ago-one with Post Office Money and one with Tripadvisor Instant booking. There not showing up on dashboard yet. I know Matt said it takes 7 days maximum. Any idea if there's a problem with these merchants and should I escalate? Many thanks!

@bigspender1971, looking at the statistics that we have for these merchants they can take a few days to track, but they do seem to be tracking. If after the 7 days has passed these have still not appeared, then I would suggest getting a claim lodged for each of these so that we can look to get them tracking to your account as expected.

    Best wishes,
    Samantha

@bigspender1971 - the Post Office one is a financial, so easy enough to resolve. Take screenshots of the offer and if you still have the tracking in your history, take a copy of that too.
There does seem to be an issue with tracking with the Post Office at times, and I actually had an issue with a 'deceased' cashback site a while back. The Post Office were pro-active and resolved quickly enough.

I should have an update regarding my financial 'saga' within a few days (hopefully). Well, according to them anyway!
Maybe a time to remember and remind that TCB is classed as an Appointed Representative (AR) according to the FCA and confirmed by the FOS and the Principal is responsible for for the AR's activities.

Definitely something I've pointed out with my 'saga'.
And probably something I'll have point out to Azimo soon! Reviews are a tad worrying!

A TCB positive - a great pumpkin offer, thanks.

Complaint raised at 9.05 am, Monday, 16th October - mis-selling of a financial product due to declining promoted cashback via affiliate marketing.

Letter arrived today, Friday, 20th October upholding my mis-selling complaint and agreeing to my request for £20 compensation.

Top marks to Saga for rapidly seeing sense and rapidly concluding.
Not all companies act as quickly as this, that's for sure.

Anyone having issues with cashback payments via financial transactions, whether delays (more than 4 months) or declines, go direct and quote them as being principals, they are fully responsible.
The FCA register is a great tool, let it be your friend.

To be honest and fair, some elements of the offer were plainly stupid and understandable why they wanted to renege.
It's still there presently to be taken advantage of and I doubt you'll find a better low value loan deal ever (taking cashback into the equation).
I'm surprised Martin Lewis MBE and his team haven't stumbled on this........................ yet.
Very similar to past insurances when you were paid to take out an insurance! I thought those days had gone!

Royal London Over 50's plan was taken out on 11th March, £100 cash back was expected but tracked at £20.

Claim is on ice as it cant be submitted before 180 days which is already up ??

£20 is now payable so looks like the remaining £80 isn't even going to be investigated.

Hi, made a purchase after activating the £2.50 bonus link couple of day ago, the purchase tracking is showing in my account but no bonus. At what point should this be showing?
