    I am very sorry to hear this has not progressed for you. The commission earning process is a chain that with some merchants can have a lot of connections, these need to be looked into when looking at non-progression of cashback as it could be the merchant has paid and this is caught up in the chain.

    How can I contact TCB with a specific issue?

    My page is telling me I need to confirm my email, when I click on the send email link it never arrives. Getting really fed up with this now.

    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    How can I contact TCB with a specific issue?

    Join the club. I've done everything TCB has asked, sent emails, lodged tickets, even had a reply from Matt (above) - still nothing. Click on send, tells me again to authenticate. Email never arrives. Hopeless!

    Are the stats wrong or is this merchant abuse?
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    Is anybody else having problems on the earnings page. All mine are marked as claimed which is not true and money in payout has disappeared.

    @B_M - We keep a close eye on transactions and their progression speed. Some merchants, won't start the validation period until a few months after the transaction. However, we will go to the cashback network if we find a merchant is taking much longer than expected. This merchant does have their average payout time available before members click through and this should give members a rough idea of how long it takes for them to pay us.

    No payments since January and no payments from transactions since September? Really? Really, really?

    Maybe time to go back to the network with this one?
    I'll give mine another 4 weeks and I'll take it up direct.
