    I got money back from Quidco when I threatened the FOS on the merchant only to find out that Quidco had rejected my cashback, not the merchant.

    Still having 'Authenticate' issues - not a new member!

    I have submitted support tickets, emailed authenticate@, mse@ & contact@.
    There are no emails from topcashback in any 'spam/junk' folders.
    The last email I received from topcashback was on 17th May - well after the 12th May (when the 'you are not authenticated' messages started). I have never received any emails after pressing the 'send email to authenticate'. I receive plenty of emails on this email address (I have not changed anything there either).
    Would be grateful for this to be fixed - or even an update!

    @ 2010 – I am sorry you feel that way. It makes little point in TopCashback adding merchants who do not pay cashback. As you have previously mentioned, if anything it looks negatively on our company.

    However, what we cannot do is make a decision based on one member being frustrated with their individual previous experience. I appreciate you may not want to book with them again but that’s not say people do not purchase with the merchant.
    We feel it is only right to give members the option to members who do want to purchase with the merchant and want the potential to earn money that would otherwise would likely instead be paid to faceless companies who do not pass the commission back to the people who made the purchase.

    @B_M – I do hope your claim progresses smoothly for you but if you have any issues at all please do let us know.

    @ Justice13075 – Sorry you feel that way, I, and other members of the TopCashback Team come here to help members every day. We do everything we can to get that situation concluded and if you change your mind you are more than welcome to email mse@topcashback.co.uk

    @ bxboards - The incorrect claim will only allow you to claim the difference between what you have tracking and what you are expecting. If there is still a difference (apart from top up which is what we pay) please drop me an email at mse@topcashback.co.uk

    @ apga – I have just cross checked our mse@ email and no email has been received I am afraid. As I am sure you can understand authentication is there to ensure members are registered with real email addresses. Without seeing the email address we are unable to authenticate your account. I kindly ask you to resend this and ensure it is going to the email mse@topcashback.co.uk

    I have sent you another email. I also sent one to my work email - it ended up in my 'spam/junk' folder - would you please check yours.

    I am not a new member - I have been a member since at least Jan 2011 (I cannot find an email from topcashback older than that!!). I have not changed my email address.

    There are plenty of posts from number 1920 onwards about non payment of cashback from Shearings Holidays and not just from me. Others complained at the same time of the hassle and length of time it was taking. In my case over 14 months.
    (which was settled finally, although not by Shearings)

    It was TCB who, after many complaints, kicked them off the site because of non payment of cashback.

    Now you`ve reinstated them and got your upfront fee for letting them back on the site, shouldn`t you be warning members on the TCB Shearing`s page, who are thinking of booking, that they have a track record of not paying out the said cashback.

    I decided to submit my claim tonight, as it will sit 'on ice' for a while I suppose.
    I genuine booking and paid in full, rather than just a deposit - but by cheque.
    Let's see how 'genuine' Owner's Direct are in dealing with claims and paying up.
    I'll update accordingly.
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Matt . :T Having posted here two days ago Matt asked the team to look into my claim and they really did. I have just received an update from TCB to say that my claim regarding Sky has now been approved and they can pay out the full £65 after waiting over a year.

    Thank you Matt for all of your efforts, it's very much appreciated. I hope you have a lovely weekend :beer:

Have you tried emailing in at contact@topcashback.co.uk at all, mentioning you would like to authenticate? It might be worth trying if not but please let us know if this still isn’t resolved. If you let us know as well when you’ve sent this email in, we can have a quick check for you. It might speed things up.

    @2010 – Although there may be several members who have had a bad experience with one of our retailers, we do feel that these are more likely to voice their opinion than those who have had a positive experience. We do monitor the retailers on our website and can assure you that we would take action where needed.

    @B_M – Thank you for lodging this claim! We’ll start to chase this up as soon as possible and once we have further news, we’ll be sure to update you via your claim! Any further questions in the meantime, are more than welcome.
