all from the same email address, which I have given as a response to one of the support tickets.
I have not 'failed' a login request.
I just cannot see my earnings page.

You have replied to my posts on average every 4 days but it is always with the same cut and paste replies. were chasing it up but have no reply yet but we will keep trying and let you know when we hear anything. it's just repetitive and boring that's why I am chasing these up with the merchants personally. Lets see who gets action first me or Topcashback.0

Also don`t forget your legal rights if you don`t get any satisfaction.
I bet you won`t get any "cut and paste replies" if you send TCB one of these.

Hi 2010, I am well aware of my legal options should this not be settled and I will use them. This is not funny anymore mind you it wasn't funny in the first place. I have more than one outstanding problem will Topcashback and a few more that might turn into more problems in the weeks ahead. I am not bothering anymore with them
either I get paid or it's off to the FOS and then small claims court if necessary.0 -
Just tried to lodge my 5th incorrectly tracked payout. Why when i try to lodge a ticket it says WHOOPSIE DAISY. I have had to lodge a support ticket but I want to lodge a missing cashback claim.0

I too have been trying for more than two weeks to authenticate my account - again in response to TCB requests to do this, but with no success. Nothing in inbox or spam folder. Whenever I have completed a support ticket about this, I am informed that I haven't authenticated my account! No response either from sending emails to "authenticate" or "contact".0

I only use Topcashback and CheckoutSmart for cashback. If I were to use Clicksnap Would that stop me from getting cashback?0

vm2pensioner, I'm sorry to hear you are in the same predicament with TCB as myself - at the same time I'm relieved to know 'I am not alone'. Hopefully, they will fix this error soon.0

There will always be problems with TCB when they let merchants back onto their site, who have in the past, took their members money but never paid the promised cashback.
TCB know about this but would rather get the fees from these non payer merchants (Shearings Holidays being one) than look after their members interest.0 -

@ Justice13075 – Thanks for your feedback. As I am sure you can appreciate we can’t lie to members and this is what we would be doing if we told them anything other than what is happening with their claim.
@ vm2pensioner – Can you also confirm your username? Please bear in mind this is not your email address and can be found at the bottom of previous emails we have sent to you. While we cannot help if your emails are having issues reaching us, we can send you an email for you to reply to.
@ hitman08 – If we offer the same item as other apps on our snap and save section you could redeem them and as we’re different companies we would award them. If this ever changes we will make it clear in the terms of the offer.
@ 2010 – We closely monitor merchants across the board and what we can see, is a lot more than individual experiences shared online. While having a merchant on site is great for us, they wouldn’t be there unless there is a benefit to the members. If there wasn’t no one would use them.
