    Hi there,

There is a transaction in your account which looks like it could be in relation to your missing cashback claim.

    Kind Regards,
    The Missing Cashback Claim Team

The following cashback insertion has been allocated to your TopCashback account, with respect to this Missing CashBack Claim. Please allow this to progress to ‘Payable’, and when happy to do so, please close this claim using the ‘Close this claim’ button above.

    Event Date 18 Apr 2016
    Cashback Amount £125.00
    Purchase Amount £0.00

    Waiting for Member Action

Question for TCB - What is the point of message above when the transaction status reverted back to confirmed status many, many weeks ago ?

Its to make you think that the CB might actually become Payable soon even though it won't.

I'm hoping my Confirmed Tesco credit card CB becomes Payable soon so that I can afford to buy a first birthday cake for my Co operative Bank CB stuck at Confirmed missing inaction CB:o

As I have said before TCB and Quidco who make a living taking a fee should pay the cashback and then reclaim it from the merchant. See how they react to waiting over a year for their money.

Especially when the amount is "confirmed". At present they take zero action to chase anything up on behalf of their customers, I wonder if that would change.

Alas mine not payable although my transaction was about two weeks before yours. Not that that kind of logic makes a difference! Fingers crossed anyway, glad you got yours at last. :T

    Hi everyone,

Many thanks for your comments. If you would like me to take a closer look into your non-progressing cashback transactions I will be more than happy to take a look if you drop an email to mse@topcashback.co.uk

@BristolLeedsFan - I am very pleased that your cashback is now payable in your account.

    Many thanks,
    Matt

Well my cashback finally reached payable - now having problems with getting it paid out. They claim to have sent it but it hasn't reached my Paypal account.
