Maybe/Maybe not - T+C has changed since you did the transaction, noone I can see reading the reviews has mentioned a problem with BACS restriction

That has been added since I raised the point. I took a screenshot timed at 18:38 13 Jun.

I cant see anything within Quidco/Sun Bingo T+C regarding a payout restriction via BACS only.

    Hey everyone,

    I hope you're all well!

@steve1500 - While I do understand your frustration unfortunately there are reasons a merchant has certain payout restrictions and therefore there would be larger consequences to us Allowing you to payout via a different method which is why we cannot do this.

@mamabuddah - As the cashback network work with many merchants and many different transactions I am unable to update you in regards to your specific transaction. However, we are still working on this and will get it resolved as soon as we can. I understand you are frustrated and would appreciate you bearing with us while we try our best to sort this out for you.

@ianmurf - If you could kindly email mse@topcashback.co.uk I will happily look into this for you.

    Thanks everyone,
    Matt

Are you having issues with people not being able to log in? I'm trying to claim a BACS payment which is now available and I have to log in again (after my initial log in which works fine) for security reasons but every time I enter my details it just comes back to the log in page, can the TCB rep help?

    Thanks

Matt I'm not disputing certain merchants have certain restrictions, For example Thomas Cook don't allow you to transfer to Avios, likewise U Switch in the T & C's it very clearly states BACS only.

The T & C's which I see have now been updated to only allow BACS made no reference to any restrictions, which I have a screen shot of.

TCB made the error. Not me. Virtually every company I know that makes an error puts their hands up, and does what is right & proper.

As I have now said a couple of times had the T & C's been correct I could have pulled the Sun Bingo via BACs & still left myself with £49 + to transfer to Tesco's in 2 weeks time. As it now stands it will be £23. I can't see me collecting £26 in 5 weeks. Sadly you teamed up with London Airways & not Virgin Atlantic. 6500 miles is just a few to miss out on

    Hey everyone,

@mamabuddah - As members use cashback sites on the understanding that we do not guarantee cashback it is unfortunately if they believe they have been 'ripped off' while we await for the casback. The information we have previously provided is the only information we will be able to provide until this matter is resolved for you and the other members it affects.

@mamamags - The login page appears again as a security feature when a members decide remembers their password. If the log in fails it suggests your device is using the incorrectly saved log in information to log in. Therefore please delete this saved information via your internet settings to get this resolved.

@steve1500 - While I do understand your frustration with this unfortunately we have to go by the real restrictions in place even if these were not shown at the time of booking. We are investigating whether there is a better and more accurate way to display these on the pages following your feedback.

@CHRISSYG - You will normally receive an email once the claim is submitted. In the meantime you can see the most recent status of your claim by clicking on 'Account', 'Customer Care' and 'View Existing Claim'

    I hope this helps everyone.

    Best wishes,
    Matt

Matt. I do not understand why it is so hard for TCB to acknowledge their mistake and do the right thing.

To put it bluntly how is a supplier going to know what pay-out method a customer uses

The only way for that to happen, is, if you tell the supplier, what individuals pay out methods are - Now that would be a very valuable piece of marketing information

The issue of the T & C's not displaying correctly had already been highlighted over on www.headforpoints.com last month
