Hi Guys,
I thought I'd get back to you before the bank holiday.
@mamabuddah - Issues affecting cashback rarely just affect one individual member. We are expecting additional payment from this merchant for some members on site - this certainly doesn't mean all members are affected.
I am sorry you don't already believe we are being proactive with this because behind the scenes we are being just that but as explained there is only so much we can do to obtain funds that are owed to the cashback networks. I appreciate you have been waiting longer than expected and I understand why you are frustrated however if you could bear with us while we continue to work hard to get these funds it would be appreciated.
@Wheres My Cashback - If you have not had a reply via email this would mean no email was received from our inbox as I can confirm this is fully up to date. Could you try sending this in again for me?
Many thanks everyone and enjoy the Bank Holiday

Or, you could use the 'fair play policy' that TCB promote.
For a promotion that was clearly on the TCB site, but paid short, the 'fair play policy' should be mandatory. It's a disgrace that the policy is still evident! Pay the guy and stop being silly!
Other sites out there have a guarantee, which means members don't get shafted!

This will be the 3rd time I've mailed you about Netbet. I've forwarded the last e-mail to you again at 2109 27/05. Let's hope this one doesn't get lost in the post.

Hi Everyone!
I hope everyone is feeling fresh after the Bank Holiday!
@B_M - As I am sure you can appreciate, this has already been thought about but in line with Fair Play I also had to think of the other members it affects and those members who haven't got in touch to query the time it's taking. Personally speaking I wouldn't find it fair to keep those waiting while making individuals happy and as explained previously it's not viable to pay all unpaid transactions before they are paid to us.
@Wheres My Cashback - I can now see your email in our inbox and will investigate and reply back for you later today
Best wishes,

Do you agree that it is inconceivable that their are TCB members who did Argos transaction(s) 6 Months ago who both havent queried/got in touch re the transaction(s) tracking and subsequently paying at a lower % than he/she clicked through at "and" are waiting for the transaction values(s) to be paid the difference between clicked out % value and tracked/paid out value. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
just checked the "feedback" for ARGOS on the TCB website, seems there are others waiting 6 months as well...No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0

It is inconceivable that someone has waited 6 Months to receive the full cashback from Argos purchase and "not" got in touch/put in a query/claim to TCB0 -
See you have "lost" Tesco's as a pay out method. Gutted. Used for Virgin Atlantic Miles - at least I can spend them, unlike Avios

Hi Matt
I just heard about the clubcard payout method being lost. Sad news but it has been great to use this payout method over the past few years.
In the email received about the payout change it says:
Our records show that you have either previously used Tesco Clubcard as a payout method or have registered your Tesco Clubcard to your account so if you would like to take advantage of the Tesco Clubcard payout method one last time you have until the 31st July to do so.
Just to clarify, where it says "one last time" do you mean only one more payout can be requested via clubcard points? Or can multiple payouts be requested up until 31 July 2016?0 -
The loss of the pay out to Tesco's has been picked up on quite a few other forums.
What I noticed, as a common thread, was that peoples loyalty to TCB appeared to be purely because of the Tesco's pay outPrivate Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0
