    As you know, we work via affiliate marketing networks and do not have complete control over the timescales in which a transaction progresses to payable, but we will always do our best to get these progressing for our members if these are taking a little longer than expected.

    The majority of Npower transactions are OK and any that are running that bit behind, we believe that these will be resolved relatively soon and this is why we continue to feature them on site.

    I'm hoping you might be able to help me, I have had a TopCashback account for a couple of years. Last week I went to pay out the £200 in my account, unfortunately neither the website or iPhone app will allow me to log in or change my password (just says it failed). I've submitted a ticket via the website 3 times with zero contact from TopCashback.
    How do I go about getting someone to look into this, hopefully with some form of confirmation so I know something is being done?

    When was the last time you used the site? Just thinking if it has been a long time, they may have closed your account, as I'm pretty sure it says on there that you have to log in periodically to keep the account active.


    Have you tried getting a new link sent to your registered email address to reset the password?


    Or do you have another email address that it might be registered under?


    Sorry if these are silly questions, just trying to think of the more simple ones to start with.

  • I haven't used the website for probably a few months, I checked my balance regularly using the iPhone app though, that's how I know it's got £200 ready to be paid.

    I've tried resetting the password it just says check email address as its failed.

    I'm definately using the correct email address, this is confirmed by the user name and password being saved on multiple devices.

    I got the email to get a free track from iTunes (I've still got the email) - I clicked on "Get Deal" and went through and made my purchase. I've waited approx 2 weeks but the cashback has not tracked, and iTunes is not listed in my merchants when I try to submit a missing cashback claim.
    I also have my invoice emnil from iTunes for the purchase.
    Please can you advise how I should proceed?

    I think they are getting too many complaints and maybe it would mean that certain retailers would withdraw business. I can tell you now that betfred don't pay out, I have waited nearly 10 months already
