    In regards to the exclusive offer that you purchased, I can confirm that I have now heard back and it does appear that these have not been tracking at the correct amount, but do not worry as we are looking into getting these rectified for our members as soon as possible :)
    Thanks for that and tbh I was 100% confident that was the case (experience counts). It has happened before with the said merchant and is a known issue. Hopefully something is in place to stop this happening again. You can understand why others may have thought it's all a 'scam' and a 'soon as possible' resolution suits myself and no doubt others. But look at the reviews and see what at least one member had to suffer in the past (very poor customer service there). The issue was totally outside of the members control, please make sure the members don't suffer or be inconvenienced more because of this.

    As above, the £3.75 per month sim offer has ended, yet tcb still advertise it.
    No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

    Any idea when a claim raised in May 2013 might be resolved?

    And please, no scripted automatic responses which ignore the original question

    I spent £50 at Ladbrokes for the £63 cashback. Ladbrokes ended up calling my cashback claim ineligible. I had to manually lodge a claim. I feel kind of screwed over.

    @tuggy12, yes updated now and hope it goes to payable smoothly after the mess and not like a previous member (reviews) had to endure.

    Good to see the page actually updated now. It really needs to be accurate for contract purchases and obviously financial promotions. It could well be considered misleading if it isn't and to continually have the same issues could be considered deliberate, or at the very least negligent. Tcb are responsible for what they put out, but it could be said that they aren't too bothered when the promotional material is totally wrong or fails.

    It's great to hear that your transactions are now tracking as we would hope. However, if you do have any further issues please do let us know.

    @B_M I do understand your frustration when the pages don't quite match up to the merchant's offers advertised on their site. We do do all we can to make sure they are accurate - which can sometimes be a bit difficult as offers do change across the board very regularly. However, as soon as a member queries an offer that doesn't appear to be correct we do investigate it and amend it as soon as possible if necessary.

    What is up with the site lately? last night and tonight its like trying to pull the doormat through the letterbox! hard going, very unresponsive. "the service is unavailable' keeps coming up.

  • Got an email ftom TCB with a link to the free dvd offer. All I had to do was to click on the 'Take cashback now' button! But there was no such button. Emailed TCB and got a reply suggesting that I try Chrome or Firefox etc.. I did with the same result -no 'Take top cashback' button. Sent another email and got a reply not relating to my problem. What a waste of time and effort.
