Is that 'exclusive' rate of £63 you mention to do with TalkTalk Mobile?

Yes, TCB email said cashback was £63 and when I ordered the sim through the TCB site the cashback was advised as £60.60 but has since tracked at £35.35. (This was all yesterday)
I have queried with a support ticket.

    @tuggy12, many thanks.
So they knew of the issue yesterday and have not corrected it, but still actively promoted it! It's not the first time an 'exclusive' rate has tracked wrong to be honest, but lets hope tcb resolve issues and resolve them quickly. This is supposed to be a 'faster paying merchant'.
Please update and I'll do likewise.
At least tcb aren't just picking on myself. :D

btw, the £63.00 would be for 'PLUS' members only.

Ahh, that explains the difference between £60.60 and £63.00 but the TCB email made no mention of PLUS members.

I'll post any responses I get from TCB

Hopefully tcb Samantha will be back later to advise the Customer Care team have resolved matters. I'm not that bothered why it didn't track correctly at the higher promoted 'exclusive' rate, just that tcb will honour what they promote.
    Good luck.

    Re: Talktalk Mobile

Have received an answer from TCB about the incorrect cashback amount.

The gist is: "Unfortunately, it does look at me as though for some reason this transaction has tracked incorrectly and I would therefore suggest that you submit a Missing Cashback Claim."

I must say, I'm disappointed that TCB and TalkTalk can't just sort this out themselves, however, I have submitted a claim as asked.

@tuggy12, I just went straight in with a claim this morning as this is something that happens and especially when rates are increased.
I wouldn't have thought it was deliberate that tcb sent out marketing material knowing that the rate would track lower.
But, it's at times like this, when mistakes are made, that you find out how good (or bad) customer service is. Ownership of the problem needs taking up and resolving and in a reasonable time. Not just told to wait and wait and to go away.

Nothing changed as yet and the offer is still available today (screenshot taken).
It looks like this has happened before several times, according to the reviews. Hoping no fighting for this and that I haven't been mis sold a 12 month minimum contract which would incur a penalty to get out of.
    Reviews: (some very bad)

I must say I have had the same problems with a cashback that took 7-8 months. After nagging TCB, I got the claim to payable but not confirmed. TCB said it was almost out of their hands. I contacted the company direct and in less than a week, the cashback transferred to Confirmed. Now...why could TCNB not do this themselves? Why am I doing their job for them?
