    @veryintrigued, I am sorry to hear that you find us hit and miss, I can confirm that a 'your visit has been recorded' pop up will appear even if a purchase has not been made, if a transaction then goes on to track incorrectly for you or not at all, this is usually down to your cookies so we do suggest clearing these prior to visiting site.

    I would be more than happy to take a look into your claim with Copthorne Hotels and also why your friend referral has not progressed, however, this may be because the required threshold of £10 of eligible cashback has not yet been reached, but I would be more than happy to look into this. Could you email me at mse@topcashback.co.uk so that I can do this?

    Been trying to purchase car insurance with the Co-op with £60.60 cash back but every time i try to pay it says I have to ring to complete the purchase.

    if I do this I will not get the cashback as it says it must be completed wholly on line.

    What is going on here?

    I have spoken to the Co-op and if i pay them directly over the phone I will not get the cash back. They have told me that TCB take the payment and to contact you so that you can take the payment and ensure i get the cash back.

    I would like to buy the policy today please.

    Can you help me?

    Arghh have I missed out on my Cashback?

    I went through Hastings Direct car insurance on Topcashback this afternoon for my car insurance, completed everything online just about to pay and it wouldn't proceed and I had to ring up to complete it - Where does that leave me, regarding cashback? I did ask Hastings who didn't seem to know, but said if I met the criteria I'd receive the cashback. Anything I can do? It was £25!!

    Thanks for any advice.

    seems to be a problem with payments. I sent a ticket to TCB but the reply ignored the fact that I had already contacted the Co op. I am waiting for a further response and for a rep on here to come back to me.

    Oh no, its so annoying isn't it - I hope you get it sorted.

    The person who I was speaking to at Hastings said they'd check with their manager, who said I should get the cashback but I know transactions are ment to be completed online to get it, which of course I (you) couldn't do :(. Not sure where we stand now.

    TCB answered my ticket and said that they do not take payments and the person at the co-op who said this was mistaken and did not understand the scheme. They said they could not do anything. They told me not to pay over the phone but to get the co-op to sort out the payment online??????

    I have also just tried to take out a policy with the AA for my OH and the same thing has happened there as well. A message says it cannot be completed on line and to ring them.

    Spent so much time on this beginning to think it is not worth the hassle.

    Just managed to make payment online through TCB with the co-op but I had to register with the security info before it would take the payment from my card.

    Just hope it now tracks ok!!
