DD2's stuff relocated to her new room she is now filling binbags!
The girls room has mattresses.. no bedding and no junk.. it is all bagged up and ready to shift.. but some will have to be relocated... and a fair chunk can go in stacking boxes in the loft I think.

The baby room is horrific.. it looks lie a couple of grenades have gone off in there!

    OH loading DW
    WM on

Just having a cuppa and getting back on with the shifting.. I need to have 4 usable beds for tomorrow night!!! And I can't even get to the bedding cupboard!

    House henried

Didn't make it to the cinema. Ds2 had pains just as we were leaving so we thought better of it. He seems ok but better safe than sorry.

He is now looking for a box of power rangers that have been "recycled".

Mr LW found a load of paperwork in the loft that is now out of date enough for us to safely shred; so there's a big bag of shreddings in the shed now, awaiting disposal. Major file-cull done on my pc, plus a back-up, and now doing a full bells-and-whistles-and-a-tartan-ribbon security scan. Mr LW is supposed to be doing the same on his pc, but I think he's actually mithering about on Trip Advisor instead. *rolls eyes*.

I had hoped we could do something about the wilderness that is the front garden today; but 1) my paws aren't up to it:( 2) Mr LW pulled a face when I mentioned it:cool: and 3) "Gabby Aggie" next door is outside doing hers, so we're staying out of the range of being talked at. :D

Right.. cracking on with shifting, flinging and rearranging... I am fit for nothing but my bed now and have dinner to cook... I just want to send someone to the chippy!

Drawing up a shopping list for Ikea and the local shops and the other squillion things I need to dig through..

    Anyone up for HHC???

    I'll catch you up Piggers.

Bathroom wicker stuff henried and a few bottles decluttered. Posh bath hell put out to use instead of saving for a special occasion. :)

Just done another stint in DH office, another box emptied and sorted. I have one more fiddly box/pile to go. Hoping once it is tidy and clean in there to find the enthusiasm for the hanging files and boxes of photos another day.

Going to get dinner on and re clear the dining table before doing anything else.

    Hi all

Congrats ionafan on the offer for your house.
LW hope your paws feel better soon.

Well after a slow start to the day my GUAG came back to me so I've

    Cleaned the oven
hettyed 2 x bedrooms, landing, stairs, lounge & hallway
    dusted 2 x bedrooms
    DW on
    Cleaned the hob

My ironing basket is taunting me so I'm determined to get it all ironed tonight

Hugs, spoons & sticks to those that need them.

That'll be for HOT baths then?:p

But KUDOS to you - I had a rethink a few years back and now use the 'best' stuff all the time.

Mind you, last year I decided to use up the bars of soap I had received in gift sets instead of liquid soap, by the handbasin. (I prefer liquid soap, less messy;))

I'm STILL using tablets of soap. And I got 2 sets of liquid soap and matching handcream for xmas! I have put one set, in it's shiny little rack, in the kitchen.

Ironing done. Lasagne made for tea; DD expects to finish work around 6pm. Just having a coffee and some painkillers *winces*

Thank you.:o So do I; I'm sick and tired of plug-ugly, uncomfortable wrist splints, and having to use rubber gloves for wet tasks, and the pain, and the weird swollen lumps I have on both wrists. Most of all I'm sick and tired of not being able to do tasks I've done perfectly well for the last several decades!! WAAAAHHHHH!!!
    *composes self*:D

Ah, well, there are people a lot worse off; at least I have a helpful DH.:A;)

Lounge all sparkly now, we're just having a cup of tea and a slice of HM banana cake.;)
