It is... but it doesn't have the nice lady on TV that takes you to bed!!



Although the GoTab is so small if you drop it you could have endless fun rummaging in the bed for it..

The tablet has now arrived, switched it on and the battery is almost full (80%) so am taking it to 100%. I have found my wifi signal in the list and the place where the password is added, but how do I bring the keyboard to the screen please. Am going out for a few hours, but will catch up later.

Generally the keyboard will only show up in places where it's needed. so click on a browser url spot, and it'll come up, or it'll come up when you go to create a new email, or if you ere in something where you needed to enter details like username etc.

so you need to click on the spot where the password would go in, and then the keyboard should come up.

I have to say, it's a case of one step forward, one step back. I've got the hang of producing the keyboard as and when. I note where it's required to press for numbers, but trying to remember that it automatically produces capitals it touched once, so I need to have two touches on my mind for lower case.

Is it possible to have favorites so that I don't need to type via google each time?.

okay, google is a search engine/manufacturer/software whatever, i dunno Is it chrome? on this list what does it look like for an icon?


In Apples browser, safari you access the favourites by using a button on screen, pretty much all of them are the same that way. Sometimes it's under settings too.

It could be google chrome the OP has. On my chrome HP there's like 3 tabs but only 2 are of importance, 1 is the bookmarks and the other is most visited sites. I'm on the Nexus ( N7 ) so might be differnt .

I have to say, I can't find any logo like those shown, I know the operating system is Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and the model is GoTab 6 inch Android 4.0 Tablet with Google Play and 4GB Storage
