Starting the month with a nervous day :) .. I didn't get the mirror yesterday as I know I don't need £35 worth of stuff from Aldi (£40 - the £5 voucher) just now.. intending to eat as much as poss from cupboards and freezer... however Mr Sheep has the day off work and is going to do the shopping.. he has a specific list and has been told not to spend more than £35 he he! So I am typing with crossed fingers!

Good luck everyone.. off to catch up on May so far...

PS have a lovely weekend xx

**Breaking news*** Mr Sheep has reported £29 in Aldi hurrah!!! :) ****

£40.06 Tesco delivery just been put way. That leaves £127 till 21st of May.Crickey, Still will have a £5 off code for next weeks shop so that will allow me a £40 shop for £35.It is Bank holiday weekend next week too. and for some reason DH seems to think it is special and we have to have treats. I had two days non spends (Wednesday and yesterday) so am feeling proud.I hope not to have to buy anything now until Tuesday at least and even then it should only be bread and maybe milk.

Well it turns out, I need not have worried over the voucher clash - as everywhere I went yesterday had sold out of that particular paper! Sodding typical! Mr T's it is tonight then for the 1st proper shop of May. Having to take DS & DD with me so won't YS hunting on this trip.

I hope the weather is trying to brighten up for everyone else as it is here. I have a nice view of Ivinghoe Beacon from my desk and the sun is trying it's hardest to creep out!

This would have been my dream normally as i'm little Miss Indecisive normally, and it would have made the decision for me. However, i don't think my Dad will venturing to Ald*s around that time , and he is away next weekend, so i am sure i would have missed out again anyway. So i didn't even panic over it for once. The first time i actually bought it, two of us together couldn't even bump it up to £40 as we had previously shopped elsewhere, and we love Aldis! Then the second time i never got to use it at all.

I'm also Mr T voucher bound. Can't wait til my delivery saver has ran out. I'm actually looking forward to it so i can go back to mysupermarket and get the est deals on whatever is on offer, not just go to Mr T because i have to!

Spend of £63 in Morrison's, more than I had planned, but I had run the cupboards right down last month. Got the butchers/lidl to go to tomorrow to get meat for the week.

First spend of the new months GC. I get a months worth of meat and freeze I from the local butcher. They are a lot more expensive than the supermarket but the quality is great and I know where the meat is reared and its all local meat. So, a whopping chunk out of the budget of £90

First day of month for me. 51.76 in ald. and 58.89 in tesbo. I reck I wouldn't have done better in aldi but it was packed and I started to have a panic attack issue there. Rubbish. Anyway, I meal planned for 2 weeks so apart from some fruit, milk n bread next week we should be good. X
