Becs sorry to hear about your accident! Hope you're not too sore!
I've spent £6 at Wait rose yesterday for a pasta pot and some snacks to last me on a long train journey (snacks weren't all for yesterday). Nipped to Mr T last night, and spent a little over £15 for a basics stock up, which leaves me £69 for the rest of the month.
This weekend I need to buy breakfast things, cereal bars and fresh fruit, but otherwise I'm hoping to be imaginative and use up some of the stuff that's been hogging cupboard space. I'm making butternut squash soup and chapattis for lunches and I'll be using up my assorted homemade ready meals for the whole of next week!0 -
NSD today
Yesterday:
£1.95 on de-icer (grr!)
£8.27 in Morrisons - couple of treats snuck in including Malteaster bunnies @ 4 for £1!
Total spend so far: £45.60
Don't think I have anything more to buy this week - except maybe some yorkshire puddings for the Sunday dinner but I have a £2 Sainsburys giftcard (for finding wood chunks in a salad bowl) which I could use for those, next week we are only around 3 days and on the Wednesday we will buy a take out for us and my dad as an extra thank you for staying at ours to drive us to the airport! That should cost us £12 but it will come out of the entertainment budget.
The rest of this month I should only need:
£50 changed in to DKK for our trip
£50 for other fortnights food budget - although bf is away 4 days so actually hoping to save at least £20
£25ish for my phone bill
£30ish for bus tickets
£20ish slush
So I should have £150 left over at pay day, give or take obviously. And in next month's pay I should get my incorrectly paid tax back which will be nice - and will pay a chunk of my credit card bill haha.
Hoping to squeeze a nice meal out of next months budget to treat bf************************************

Had to get a loaf on the way home from work to get change for bus £1.09, then went to B&M and got some cleaning stuff and snacks £12 (rounded up as DH binned receipt).
Tortellini for tea with Ald* stir through sauce which was delish.
We went out last night and used Clubcard Pizza Express vouchers, but paid for drinks/tip £10 so i'm adding that in too. Chippy tea tomorrow!
Edited to say I've decided to now go from payday to payday (23rd) as this will help me budget better so I've added in the shops I did at the end of march £45.96 Ald*, £30.32 M*rrisons and £9.75 Ic*land.0 -
