Just got back home from the Bitcoin Expo in London.

Fantastic event and attended by all the big names (I even managed to get a photo with Stacy Herbert from the keiser report which was the icing on the cake)

Anyway, just to give you guys a heads up - all cryptocurrencies are hot at the moment but THE one everyone is talking about is worldcoin.
check it out and remeber where you heard it first.

It's getting a bit like that yes.

Of course, nobody was telling how many bitcoins they actually have, but there were some very Bitcoin-wealthy people there and one of the most interesting aspects of the weekend was the ingenious ways people are coming up with for cashing out.

Many personal friends of mine who I hadn't seen for two months have gone from being quite well off the last time I saw them to stinking rich. I am talking multi-millions of pounds each.

Apart from worldcoin, anyone like to guess what the number one purchase was for every single one of them?

Pearls are renewable so no good, diamonds can be made artificially so are also plentiful.

Gold and silver are finite but so are lots of other things that could be used to back one of these crypto currencies that would make it more valuable than one from thin air made in a few days by a teenager on his PC,

Just because something is created by a teenager on a PC, doesn't mean it cant have wealth.

Is the answer Italy and Greece?

anything could be backed by anything but some things are more rare and useful as money than others.

Forget silver and gold they wont run out for decades
Helium gas is running out and about to become very expensive.

when I was a teenager I made some websites in my bedroom that went on to make millions, it's not impossible for valuable things to come from a dumb kid in a bedroom, regardless of their supposed "worth".
