Well CS have just told me that everything will be relisted automatically within the next 24 hours but if you relist manually then eBay won't do it. they are hoping that when they relist we will keep our sales history etc so I think that I may just sit tight for today and see what happens.

i'm not sure whether i trust them to get the relists right. they might hit the 'sell similar' button instead of the 'relist' button and lose all sales history!

I'm not affected *touches wood* and haven't read the whole thread, sorry, but I'm guessing this is related to the whole "case opened if someone messages you" thing - tipping you over the 3% of transactions have a case opened threshold that limits listings in a particular category.

Or not. :undecided

I'd be extremely annoyed if it happened to my listings.

Nope - eBay have removed ALL of our listings and at least 10,000 other sellers as well.

It seems to be from something they were looking at in future and rather than checking data they activated it.

I've had one item relisted in the last few minutes, not one I had already manually relisted. As I thought it is just a relist and not a restore. One lot that is a good revenue stream had hundreds of watchers and been listed for a couple of years, so nothing much I could do about that.

So it does get worse!

My competitors are going to love this as they mainly seem to have been unaffected and now I am going to have to start again with best match. I know that other things affect best match other than sales history but it certainly helps.

The fact that we have to go on message boards and outside websites to find out what is happening is shocking. Still no message in My Ebay. If my staff had done anything like that we would have been calling people all day to apologise.
