Well so far out of my 214 listings they have only relisted 15.

I am just too annoyed now to bother speaking to them again!

I had 500 left from nearly 2500 listings. About 75 have been relisted by them (no charge given) but the original quantity has been given rather than actual quantity. Someone on the PS boards has found a work around using Turbo Lister (which I don't use) to assist in finding quantities availalble when the listing was ended. Am going to give that a try later, was in the office til 3am this morning and am feeling very teasy about this!

Also as someone suggested on the boards, the big sellers will have to spend most of this week sorting out stock levels , chasing fees and generally trying to recoup lost income. Then next weekend eBay will probably reward 'private' sellers with a 4 day free listing event.

Well they relisted a further 110 last night so I have about 80 ish to go back on but still no credits and I have been charged for each listing so I am rather annoyed - I know that it's only around £20 but it's the point!

I am still waiting for them to sort out my sales that hadn't paid before the glitch as I can't invoice them and they can't pay.

Tried ringing CS last night and after 45 mins waiting they cut me off so I think I will try again later.

My advice on that is to not bother. My wait and following conversations only helped in raising my blood pressure.

I'm probably naive in thinking that something more will be done on Monday when the suits get back to work.

For me this tops the worst customer service for anything.

If sales don't pick up shortly it will be just a bare minimum auctions running and directing customers to my website.

Received another call this morning. I'm not sure a call at 11.30am on a Sunday is a good or bad thing. I'm leaning to think it's unprofessional.

Anyway my phone was on silent, so I was left a message. Telling me I could call back and speak to someone, she never even left a number.

You know RFW you must be a massive seller compared to me as I haven't received a single call!

Obviously spending around £600 per month after 15% TRS discount isn't enough to receive anything.

From what I can gather you sell a bit more than me, I'm below that level right now but have been above it too, so who knows what they look at. I think my calls are follow ups to my live chat just after it happened. I certainly don't feel like a valued customer, however much I spend.

Me neither! My phone call earlier (I phoned them) has just annoyed me even more. I have to relist the MVL's myself and the buyer I was waiting to pay I need to contact eaxh one of them and ask if they want the item and if they do either invoice them directly or send them too the new listing and the ones that don't I will have to ring eBay with proof and hope that they will refund my fees. Ohhh and if I am lucky my credits will be applied on the next bill cycle.
