ask me if I was ' coming to the wash down meeting' next week ;)

    It went fine. :)
Never heard of a wash down meeting .... is that some posh term for making notes of what was good/bad for the next time?

Or does it just mean "a p155 up, because we think we're worth it"?

Is it loony to email the great-grandchild of your great-grandfather's youngest sister to say "Hi, we're related"? Too bad if it is, I just did it.

Not at all - second cousins, you are. Totally reasonable thing to do.

Hope the stuff I sent was helpful.

Of course you could. I never make offers I don't mean, or get offended if I suggest something and someone actually does it! You've not found any further trace of Z Kate, then?

Some years ago, a kind thoughtful person bought me a days of the week tablet container.

It made me feel decrepit and I binned it as soon as they had left. I was mortified.

I love it! The worst prezzie ever! :D

I throw all my packets of meds into a box. One end of it has a label to say that I've taken my meds in the morning. (The other end is blank, but think of it as having a label to say that I've taken the evening meds.) I turn the box round when I've taken the meds, because otherwise one morning/evening fades into another. Mostly, of course, I just remember, but this adds certainty to the process.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

    I've been Money Tipped!
My meds are mainly in a blue ikea bag. I do not take all the ikea bag full daily or even weekly. Some are for when things go wrong that don't happen regularly but that I don't want to go for a go for all the time ...not all are 'mess' some are prescribed supplements. My diet makes me deficient in...well, food :) my last year new pills especially make me deficient in potassium. Up until last year I had got off regular prescriptions for a while, and swapped to over the counter versions for things and now that's all changing. E.g. Some of the nutrient supplements, and then because I eat so scatily I am going to start having prescribed probiotics. Ip did say I could just buy them, have done so before but they are adamant I have prescribed ones, so interested to see what the difference is.

Other things are things I take on a sort of ad hoc basis,...oh this has happened I need some of that stuff, or that has happened I need some of this stuff. I eek it out :).

I need to see the GP again anyway as I have a new mild concern, not a rush so it can wait till next in a couple of weeks....but that will probably mean yet another pill.

I'm at work. It's at least 6 months since I've been in on a Sunday, I am very bored. It also turns out there is something going on in the Olympic park which meant that the tube was worse than a normal rush hour. Rubbish.

Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I had tickets for that but couldn't go, so at least that's two fewer on the Jub line...

In all seriousness, the big races are at about 5pm, so if you can get out before, around or not long after then, you should avoid the same problem going home.
