Uggh! That sounds arrogant. Did I write that load of tosh? I can only plead that it was the effect of the last of the left-over Pimms.
There are certainly problems with FOS, but way beyond my ability to sort them out.
It wasn't tosh or arrogant. Glad you've had some water, though!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

If you cannot promote it how do you drive traffic to it?0 -
Who is coming round to cook my tea ... and what are you making me?
Starving... but can never choose what to eat....0 -
Ups are meant to be delivering my shower taps this afternoon/evening, I don't know if they have given up or are still coming, but I need to go and do stuff outside soon. It's just me tonight,(thank god) so no one to leave here to sign for them.
(Edit, and I 'm sitting on my hands from drawing stick pictures of an inappropriate nature for the unimaginative on another thread...I'm not quite ready to be banned from Mse yet, and if I were it would not be for something as mundane as that, Though if the ignorance goes on I might look up some educational links for them, but I guess that's against site rules too. )0 -

Sam's on holiday for a week, starting today, which makes life feel a bit more stressful. I dropped Isaac at school this morning, came home quickly, changed, and went to the High Court, then after that came back to change back into nice summer stuff, and went to collect Isaac at half 3.
Isaac said, "I thought you were in court today!" and when I told him I was, asked "why are you wearing flowers, then? You aren't allowed to wear flowers in court". A floral dress, by the way, not actual flowers.
WE came back, I bribed him into silence with allowing him to play computer games while I knocked out a quick opinion, and then we continued in our "build a balsa wood spitfire" activity. We'd have lost the Battle of Britain if they'd relied on the likes of me to build the damn things.
Tomorrow I'm on taking-Isaac-to-school and collecting-him-at-midday duty, because OH is in the Court of Appeal. Monday, OH gets him, I'm in court, as summer holidays are then in full flow.
Feels a bit more complicated than usual....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

We're going to be. Afour dog household for the weekend as we are having doozer dog to stay ( but not twozer dog).
Who'd a thought years ago we'd all be such chums that nice kids got on with each ither and dogs came for play date weekend s?
It works out nicely as big dog is in season and so kiwi is suffering his first perios of doggy social isolation, being just with people. So kiwi and doozer dog can be play mates and sleep in the cheese room together over the weekend (which will give be a couple of nights sleep I hope, kiwi is not that keen on letting me go to sleep.
I cannot wait for a houseful of asexual dogs.0
