Not me, mine's not a replica. Sorry. I'm not aware of there ever having been any form of Ferrari (real, replica, plastic or paper cut out) on our threads, but I could be wrong as I tend to gloss over car talk :)

I don't remember it either. Out of everyone on the thread, sounds most like CK (though probably wouldn't be a replica!).

To get you back on topic... what do you think of mushrooms? Which part of Herfordshire do you live in? Inner or Greater?

Sam's on holiday for a week, starting today, which makes life feel a bit more stressful. I dropped Isaac at school this morning, came home quickly, changed, and went to the High Court, then after that came back to change back into nice summer stuff, and went to collect Isaac at half 3.

Isaac said, "I thought you were in court today!" and when I told him I was, asked "why are you wearing flowers, then? You aren't allowed to wear flowers in court". A floral dress, by the way, not actual flowers.

WE came back, I bribed him into silence with allowing him to play computer games while I knocked out a quick opinion, and then we continued in our "build a balsa wood spitfire" activity. We'd have lost the Battle of Britain if they'd relied on the likes of me to build the damn things.

Tomorrow I'm on taking-Isaac-to-school and collecting-him-at-midday duty, because OH is in the Court of Appeal. Monday, OH gets him, I'm in court, as summer holidays are then in full flow.

Feels a bit more complicated than usual.

Play this song and video to him to remind him that spitfires and the battle of Britain are still cool

I think CKhalvashi may have had a ferrari at one time but not toally sure. Owning ferraris are not exactly MSE, so I'm wondering if its' another forum.!

You might be remembering some of the racing fans on this thread discussing F1 races, which is one of the recurring themes along with growing things/fixing up houses/too many miscellaneous things to mention!

I believe like allthessses and Hamish, YBM is of the north-of-the-Tweed persuasion.

I've always wondered, re the Heathrow discussions, how many people are just passing through and don't care it's at Heathrow .... and if it'd be better to put another airport elsewhere.
I'd move the airport elsewhere, where there might be room to expand. With a fast train connection!

When Berlin reunited it had four airports (obviously it needed them during the airlift). I believe it's building over them and building a new giant airport on cheaper land in the south.

I don't see why central scotland needs three international airports. I'd revive the idea of building a large central one near Falkirk.

In the long run it's got to be cheaper than trying to expand airports in conurbations.

I've just got back from camping in Tenby with my girlfriend.

For dinner last night I prepared my speciality dish of baked haricot beans in a tomato sauce on a bed of toasted wholemeal bread.
We washed it down with a glass of chilled fermented apple juice as we watched the sun go down over the pylons.

It was lovely and next week I'm going to do it again.

But it won't be so much fun because I'm taking the wife.

Was it Malcolm or someone else who posted on here a bit then lost his job then got a new one in a car dealership for a bit that might have had a fake Ferrari?!
    I think....

That sucked me in ... I was thinking "what a lovely chap he sounds......." then I got to the last line.
