Any structural improvement etc is offset by aesthetic detail lack of finish ATM, so we'd need a few months and some money to put floors down etc to see a 'sale vale' IMO. But a drive by cannot see that.
I think all that fluff is for us and not for property increase in value so don't expect it to make us a profit. Especially not how we are doing it, lol.
Still, bit concerned at the huge discrepancy. It's a six figure discrepancy but I think we stil have required equity for the mortgage we want.
Clearly you forgot to put the twigs in thin vase somewhere visible.

Exactly.
Tbh, apart from getting the mortgage we want we don't care.
Anyway, just checked with DH, we came in short. he has been drip feeding information through the day to soften the blow.
The bank have said to challenge it because the pp and land etc were probably not taken into account and its not a huge amount short.0 -

To be quite honest Pastures, I'd be a bit more worried about the bloke behind you0 -

"puppies" is an entirely different part of the anatomy altogether (and only on ladies
), so I'm quite pleased to read that your visitors have left before you soak your "puppies" in the bowl.
I presume it's the washing-up bowl as that's where I soak my 'barking dogs'. :rotfl:
:oIt was definitely my feet.
No washing up bowl here but a small square was bowl bought for laundry soaking, bathing bunny rabbits (I really mean bunny rabbits - little pets, hoppy things with big ears) and soaking small tootsies. They are size 37.0 -

Huh?
My mother and sister are the small sizes and I am eternally jealous as they are the ones always left on the sale rails.....easier to find and at a discount. I think a 37 is also sample size for lots of shoes. Lucky women.0 -
My mother, one sister and I are all 6 - 6 1/2, depending on shape and make, and my other sister is 5....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0
