Still cannot find any monkeys in suits in UK /eu I like or can afford.
At risk of another room with birds making the place feel like an aviary I quite like this with the yellow flowers for the cheese room. Sort of looks like it might have been left in the sun too long in the yellow flower colour way. I love the toulousaine colour way with the tea stained background and sienna flowers, but wouldn't work here at all. The yellow and Might feel cold in winter?

And it's just as fun as monkeys in suits, is it?0 -

My parents did exactly that, I'm afraid. They lived in Blackheath, and I went to UCL and was in halls of residence in Camden.
I need to qualify my comment. I was refering to adult offspring after uni. I totally get the need for students to live with other students as part of the uni experience and to do some maturing. But after uni as adults, with relaxed parents, why do the parents need to pay for their kids not to live at home?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. As well as our neighbour not wanting us to chop down the leylandii, I now have issues with a shared water pipe.
Either there is not much traffic on that part of MSE or no-one can offer an opinion.
Here is a question for the NP. The property we rent out is a terraced house, 1 of 4. Immediately next door on one side are owner occupiers, on the other side are 2 housing association properties. Should I give contact details to the owner occupier? I'm thinking at the moment, with the water pipe issue, it would be worth it as I reckon we are being charged for work that only the HA should pay. But is there a downside?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I volunteer to help get your forum questions answered and keep the forum running smoothly. The way I read it silver (I've followed link and seen full story) the cost should be borne by the owner of the property on whose land it falls, whoever that is. I don't know about consumer law in this situation, but I would imagine that, given that a leak can be the responsibility of either a) the water company, or b) the property owner and it has been shown not to be on your property that they cannot ask you to pay for this. However I don't know that for certain.
If they still run it, I'd ask Which! Legal. It used to be £12 per quarter to join, though I don't know if this is only for Which members. I used them and they helped me with legal letters to the surveyors I threatened to sue on my house. They tell you what to write rather than writing the letters but they were very helpful. The firm I was complaining about settled out of the small claims court. Providing it's up to the max of the small claims value they may be able to help. But hopefully it won't go that far as they'll realise it isn't your pipe! Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Problem now is that it turns out that the part of the pipe that leaked was on a third party property - not one that benefits from this pipe - so clearly they aren't going to pay for anything. If they still run it, I'd ask Which! If this goes legal we would need to declare it on sale. Hi silver, I found this. It depends on the type of pipe, but this explains that if it is on someone else's land then it is either a) the responsibility of the Water Company or b) the joint responsibility of those served. See:

Whatever is the case, it would appear that unless the pipe only serves your property, you cannot be the sole party paying. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Took new lurcher dog for a walk today. She is now allowed off the lead. My goodness she is fast. She has more greyhound in than previous lurcher. Plus she loves jumping in the river. I'm a bit worried though because I'm mindful of what lir said about greyhounds and broken legs. Her walk involved running at great speed, laying down for a bit to catch her breath, jumping in the river, then getting out and rolling on the grass. About 3 times. Looked great fun, I was most jealous. My goodness she is fast though. It's so funny, she runs up to you at full speed, then can't slow down so runs straight past. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? I'm sure she'll be fine, Consider that dog dog has no temper to her engineering like lurcherdog.
Lurcher dog sounds like a wonderful gal!
