None! The Nice People are obviously immune to my charms
Either that or I was a bit too sweaty and bleary eyed that night.
Did you see us and decide to run away?0 -

I've been dithering over a hedge or a boring fence for ages and this seems more fun, huh?
you could do something ironic like a single seat facing in each direction so you and DH could take it in turns to look at the different scenes...None! The Nice People are obviously immune to my charms

Chewie is clearly not crazy enough to meet up with a bunch of internet wierdos.
I thought you were looking great, much happier and healthier than a year ago and thus much more attractive, wouldn't dare send you an email to say so though.I think....0 -

I couldn't make it as I had a shift for my second job as a waitress in a gastropub just south of the river. Was a pain in the !!!! as some guy kept leering at me and commenting on my surly frown and there were some really stingy tippers in...
Actually I just couldn't face the idea of drinking anything and I cannot function socially without being at least half cut. I am still in extreme detox. I even took some vitamin tablets this morning to prove it.0 -
Doesn't your oven have a 40/50 degree setting?you could do something ironic like a single seat facing in each direction so you and DH could take it in turns to look at the different scenes...
Now I can't shake the image of unknown NPs sitting on a rotating Magic Roundabout way out in a very peculiar field with a lake of cake.

I wish I'd arranged this a while back. We shouldn't postpone meeting people in general. For all I know some forum posters elsewhere might look like the Bash Street Kids crossed with the Munsters, but we're a normal healthy looking bunch of peeps and the bar staff didn't send for the police/ a vicar to exorcise us/ Gok Wan to give us a clothing makeover.

Thanks michaels
I wasn't fishing for compliments by the way!0 -

Would you come to one in the future? Of is it for you totally ruled out?0 -

Vitamin tablets don't really do anything useful except make you poorer. You get more bang for your buck buying a good selection of fruit and veg.
Got bunting at the ready, about to make sausage rolls and the sunshine is here as ordered. Going to be a lovely day tomorrow! (although ruddy rented garden chairs haven't arrived.....)
(ps, if any NP are nearby, they are welcome to come along but it's a bit of a trek for most of you.)0 -
You really were fabulous as usual, all making me feel like an underachiever. Money was fine. And don't rub it in about me leaving you sitting outside for 20 minutes, I 'thought' it was you but assumed you were waiting outside for your DH.
Did anyone count the number of bottles of red (and I didn't drink any!)
someone mentioned tips and I forgot about that too.....I wanted to ask you about the furren students as , when London Suburb house is finished I was going to fill it up with them to wipe out the mortgage......just don't know If I can face it. Are they quite demanding ?
I was hoping for some late teens who can't stand adults asking inane questions so just chomp down their food and scuttle up to their rooms with their ipads.
I also am worried about the ones who go away for the 1st time and end up getting stranded in Leicester Sq at 3am...so we have to get up and go pick them up.
I know there is no such thing as easy money but I keep lookingHello fc
I have now looked at what you create:). Oh to have the imagination and talent to do that.:T
Cheers....It is more mainstream concept now but the original concept was a kind of 80's sporty vibe but some of it seems to come over to others as having fetish-y design references.
Also, we cannot dictate how a customer styles herself....so our label has been referred to as... um.... slutty at times.....and I so don't 'do' slutty.:)
Buyers who meet me for the 1st time always conceal their surprise that is created out of the head of a middle aged woman but really, I am just deigning this particular look for the 21 yr old meMargate - count me inI'll have properly free weekends by then (woo hoo).
I definitely drank rather a lot of wine too... GBD and zag were rather effifcient glass-topper-uppers! I don't remember anyone exhibiting embarrassing behaviour (GBD you were just very sweet to the waitress) - of course that may have been because I was the most inebriated of the lot
Today has been a bit of a struggle - but we had an afternoon of corporate fun (which was actually not very corporate and quite good fun), outside running around in the sun. At least it didn't involve trying to think! Looking forward to catching up on sleep over the weekend (apologies to those with small children who don't have that luxury).
FC - didn't realise you'd bought 2 bottles - I must owe you at least one! edit: will repay you in wine if there is a next meet up)
As Meet ups have to planned quite far ahead, the weather issue is a tricky one as one could allocate a W/E in May and it could chuck it down. How far ahead can weather be worked out? If it can be done on 3 weeks notice, then a sunny day could be planned.
To PN, the house would probably only be let 1 W/E in 3 I think at first...You, LIR + FIR could give it a trial for me (she is being converted from 5 to 3 beds.). We will stay in our flat nearby.
Sorry to hear about your Operation problem thingy Miss K...going to a group just once to see is worth a shot is worth doing. You don't have to return if it's no good.0 -

I can't wait to meet more partners...like a double up of NP's0 -

You could contact the local education authority to let it to teachers moving into the area or just starting to work in London? Might be better if some older employed types with a steady income are paying the rent for you. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0
