Grumbler's got some good advice about my phone on this thread. Shame you need a flash as there's a stunnungkly cheap phone available here for under £40 but with no flash and only 3Mb pictures.

I don'#t know if the Huawei 330's out yet. Oh yes it is and it's 160 ish from here. Check the camera reviews thiough . Is 5Mp enough?:D
I'd have to do the maths to see if 5MP is enough .... as a rule of thumb though, for immediate needs, it's more than enough.

But I have other ideas I'd like to pursue .... and that needs some calculations to see if 5MPs enough.

Edit: did the quick maths and for future ideas.... 7MB minimum is required. So I'll put that idea on the far, far, far, back burner :)

It still seems to be android 2.3 though. That's ancient.

These things always talk about MPs, not lens quality.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Ouch ... too pricey for me :)

Ideal budget is £10 ..... but I realise I have to be close to £100 probably to get 'owt that's more than a cardboard cutout with a picture glued to the front :)

You are right. The Internet is full of data - and scant information.

    I've been Money Tipped!
They just delivered this months pills. First month (of four now) its actually worked how it is meant to. Hurrah, I can finally relax about that.

Otoh, I still have two boxes left from last month. I knew I had missed a few days in the last couple of weeks, but I hadn't realised how many. I am not even sure that i have missed that many days. Anyway, new resolve to not forget to take pills starts tonight. :).

4.04 (is that telling me something) but jelly Bean is due in the next month as it is a still supported handset. The camera is good but produces files much too large to be of any use for emailing or whatever...

For Spirit. I intended to mention this the other week... there was something on the radio about it the day I was driving to meet LIR... but then I forgot.

Ah, my mistake for believing the Phones4U website (that you kind of linked to). I should have realised that these are smart enough phones that they can be upgraded.
