Some of us do.
I work for a woman and with a woman in our mini dept of 3 and they both dress very professionally IMHO (and are both very brilliant at what they do). I don't mean to imply that all women at my work dress unsuitably but many do and many of those that do should know better, i.e. not just the grads.0 -
It's £750k, and you're worried about a couple of months' rent on your flat? And you're interested, but the holiday comes first?
I'm confused.
Well in terms of the holiday it's the first time my whole family has been in this country and together in the same place since about 1995. Given there are only 10 of us including spouses it's not really something I could miss because I've seen a house get listed on rightmove. I havent seen it in person and would probably find something wrong with it if i did; I was more having a moan that nothing came up when we could look and as soon as it becomes inconvenient something pops up.
I suppose we could just pay off 3-4 months rent and buy it but that would irritate me. A lot.0 -

I just....let them be there. It worked for me when I was younger. I don't suppose it would now so much.0 -
Oh, just remembered, I am a slime ball too..I sent a very not work safe text yesterday to ...the wrong number. No pics mind.....0

Since I prefer to wear tops that don't need ironing (a few minutes of tumbling and then hang up to finish drying needs to result in a wearable garment), buttons haven't been a consideration for me for years.I work for a woman and with a woman in our mini dept of 3 and they both dress very professionally IMHO (and are both very brilliant at what they do). Glad the ones you work directly with are some of the good ones, Gen. Likewise, I have never had sleazy comments from any bloke at work. I suspect that's because an ability to refrain from making sleazy comments to females is a rather crucial requirement for male teachers.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -
Everybody should wear dinner lady tunics at work
That'd sort it out.
Or that Chinese uniform everybody used to wear a few years back.0 -
When I'm robed, I wear tops, because under my bands, jacket and gown, I could be wearing anything (or nothing, I suppose).
In courts / tribunals where I'm not robed, I have to wear proper shirts with collars, and I find I have to get them bigger for my top half than my waist. I like to think I have a small waist compared to my hips, but the reality is more probably that I have big hips compared to my waist (-:
I tend to buy quite fitted ones, as they look better if they are nipped in around the waist.

I like this bath, but want one that looks like this and is extra deep. We could go longer, but it will make the corridor smaller, and longer term I expect this bath will be used less often, but a nice deep bath would be a luxury gained if we 'lose' a bit on the length. I think. We could go to 85o wide too, but would have to double check the plans, but 800 is nice.
It's not to be free standing, its being built in, wall to wall, and a very, very simple shape is ideal.....but doesn't have to be so 'square' so long as its symmetrical.
Anyone seen anything like that but extra deep?0 -

I'd like to see a pic of it in situ from various angles, rather than just that bird's eye view. But sorry, I'm not very good on having seen lots of baths, so can't make any suggestions.
