Why is that a banned word on mse?
I always giggle when people on other boards wonder what is wrong with the gh0ul word.0 -

My contract is complicated this year, but I'm officially out there for work. Week 1, I'm on a D1 pass (Deputy Head of Georgian Delegation), and then on the actual week of the contest, I'm on an A2 pass (EBU/Management, without escort right)
I've always been on A1 right the way through for the kids ones (A2, but with escort rights), and have previously served as D1 (Head of Delegation) for Georgia in 2007 (the first one, and for obvious reasons), and D2 (Artist) for Georgia in 2011, then D3 (Non-senior delegation) last year (for Sweden).
My knowledge of the Adult Eurovision is relatively limited here, compared to how the kids one works (which is over 1 week, and only one actual televised event, to make it more comfortable for the kids).
I've worked with the kids contest since the first one in 2003 (First as Head of PR and Comms, then as Commercial Director from 2006, then as Deputy Event Manager in conjunction with my commercial role since Sietse Bakker took over in January 2010). I was, at one point, one of the youngest PR Directors in Europe!
I've had the pleasure of working with 149 young artists/groups from 30 countries in the contest since 2003, and hope there'll be many more!PasturesNew wrote:**********

There is apparently one for shingles, I don't know if it protects you from chickenpox too, though.
It's not very effective; better than nothing, but only about 50% effective....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

I am a right wuss and thought the dog sounded as if he'd do ANYTHING to get out and savage us, so I turned tail and hot-footed it back to the main road.
My parents' border collies are like that. When anyone they don't know comes near the house, they sound as if they can't wait to tear the poor s0d limb from limb.
They've never actually bitten anyone, but they sound as if they'd love to. A great combination for security....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

Women read erotica. Men [STRIKE]read[/STRIKE] look at perverted filth...:)It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -

Mine sound awful. One of mine does 'nip'. Under certain circumstances. I really hate it when people say when warned 'nah, they ones that make that much noise never bite' I just shrug and tell them its their problem, they have been warned.
It used to worry me a lot more but I spoke to the local police about it, they made a note for if they attend and they said under the circumstances of the visits we were having they were glad I had her. They have been wholly supportive. We also have the 'frowned upon' beware of the dogs signs. We do not have a house name sign. When describing where we live to people more than one has said..oh, you live at 'beware of the dogs!'
There are certain triggers, and I am wary of those but otherwise she is trustworthy.0 -

Forgot to mention I planted chives about 2-3 weeks ago. Noticed last night they're starting to sprout!:j
This is good news, as generally I spend 4 weeks after planting tomato seeds grumbling that nothing is happening and my seeds are obviously useless!:oIt's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0
