Morning everyone. Hope everyone is having a good Saturday, not much OS here today. Although yesterday I managed to do a MOUNTAIN of ironing. You know when you let it build up a bit?
It took me hours (and still some left
) but feel much better all the same, this is what happens when OH is not here distracting me
Today am going out in a little while to meet a friend, on the way have a couple of bits and bobs to return to shops. Then out again tonight, so will attack the rest of the ironing tomorrow.
Looking grey here today.
Anniebooklover - Agree with other comments about eBaying being pretty easy. My favourite tip is always to run a 10 day auction, starting on a Thursday night. That way people have two full weekends to view your items and it finishes on a Sunday night when most people are at home. I'm selling quite a bit at the moment and it's so satisfying! Btw, have been meaning to say for ages, I love your avatar, I adore Calvin and Hobbes!
beemuzed - Lots and lots of hugs to you. x
Have a good weekend everyone x0 -

Cat pee update for those of you on the edge on your seats....
That !*@#*!# tomcat had sprayed at the bottom of the fridge, under 3 different skirting boards, at the side of the Welsh dresser and along the top of the bottom kitchen drawer. It's a good job I'm a cat lover otherwise I'd be planning horrible things for him right now.....0 -
AnnieStar good for you i am so pleased for you maybe things are turning around i really hope so:j0

mioliere perhaps I need to ask you for advise about Amazon. I thought about starting up on there, but I dont have a clue! Maybe its payback time for the advise Ive given you! :rotfl:
catowen (((hugs))) to you.
I went to bed at 10pm, finished reading my book at 2am. It was called Street Kid. Then I got woken up at 3.40am by the dog barking and the security light coming on. It was only the milk man!
I went to the school for a meeting with DS teacher yesterday, ref the next stage of Sex education! Now I know where I went wrong! :rotfl:
OH & DS are helping my mum move today. OH fetched the van we hired from my work's. As soon as he pulled up, his head was bitten off by mum's BF. I know how stressing moving is, Im glad I wasn't there - I would have said a few things back!
Kids are with their dad this wk end. DD is busy in the kitchen making up a pack lunch to take with her. Is that a sign that he doesn't feed them?
Been weepy last coupe of days, and not sleeping properly. Yesterday I was quite poorly with an upset tummy! So not sure, if its the bug or just general everyday upset/stress which is making me feel like this!
Finally got DD passport back last night. I might give it to mum to look after, cos if I put it somewhere safe (like my own PP) I wont be able to find it.
WM & TD working over time today. Got loads to get through. Plus its the wk end of the bedding to be changed.
I do hope I snap out of this slight depression, I cant face it full time nor the tablets what come with it! NOt again!
Catch you later
Love Emma xxx

((((Beemuzed)))) sending big hugs to you today. Really thinking of you today.
That's great news, Anniestar! Well done on getting through to the end. :T
Glad you got the cat pee problem sorted, Ruby. We had acquired three cats (I'm not a cat person) but two have been adopted by neighbours. One of them still comes back for breakfast. We saw them around so knew they were okay and then one of the neighbours said she hoped we didn't mind as she was lonely since losing her husband and the cats were good company. I'm delighted! As is the dog... Thankfully they've passed the stage of peeing in the house. When they were younger they would take great pleasure in peeing on top of the ironing. They would deliberately wait until it was unattended then leap on to it. dumb animals? I think not!
Loaded with the cold today so taking it easy. Enjoy Eurovision all you Eurovision fans - we only switch on for the scoring - that's the best bit! As for BB - pass!
have a good day, everyone - don't let the rain get you down
