thats me done for now, will probably think of something else to do later.
    kitchen wiped down,
    dw decluttered,
top of cooker almost like new,
    oven wiped over,
    spuds peeled for tea,
    hoover been run round,
st41ns r 0ut ordered. (need it to finish getting the paint off the floor i found last night while scrubbing it on hands and knees cos hubby didnt do it and the mop squeezer thing is broke, and now i need new scrubbing brush cos the bristles were coming out :undecided)
and as there was money off on the site i decided to order some of that dr p0w3r mag1c sp0nge cos what my mum gave me has disintergrated to nothing :D, and its quite good especially for the top of my cooker.

hmmmm maybe i ought to see if the washing is dry fed up of my living room looking like a laundrette. i have no washing line so i hang clothes on hangers and hang them on the curtain pole, that way as i dont do ironing unless i have to,(hubby dont like it any way and he says the creases fall out while your wearing them) they go straight in the wardrobe. and if im honest the most of the creases normally fall out while drying like that any way :D

going to have a cuppa and read for an hour before i get food on for when hubby gets in from work (well thats if i remember to put the book down :rotfl: )

Had such a lovely day today.

Washing out on the line. I still get such joy from getting the clothes dry on the same day. Can't remember such a long dry spell.

Went to the fairground. DD was very adventurous and enjoyed the rides. Had a budget and stuck to it. It was lovely to come home only with photos. My hoarding family would consider it a waste of money, but it was great to see DD going higher and faster than she has before - it did her confidence the world of good.

i cant believe what ive done,
i didnt realise it was fathers day yesterday until it was too late to send a card, so i sent a message to my dad saying happy fathers day and will get card in the post monday, as i thought fathers day was next wkend, i had 21st in my head for some reason, and all i can think is its cos my fathers birthday is 21st july.
from january through march/april, i normally sit down and make all the cards i need for the year, birthday/mothers day/fathers day/valentine and anniversary. theres 1 i havnt made yet but thats cos i ran out of stuff for young boys and thought i got till december so can make it any time, probably when i do the christmas cards unless i get the bits i need sooner. usually sit down around september to make christmas cards and finish and deliver for 1st decemebr.
i have just gone into my shoe box to get my fathers day card out, only to find its not there, so i either missed it out or have put it elsewhere. witch i cant see that ive done as i dont usually, they all go straight into the box in order that i need them. and ive checked it off my list, so i have no idea what has happened.
unless as i have run out of most of the mens stuff to make cards with i done the same as the bday card, but no idea why i have marked it off the list if that is whats happened.
so instead of going to bed now, i have pulled out a load fo stuff and old mags to have a look and see if i can get some inspiration for my dads card. hope i can find something i can cut out or find an idea with bits i got in one of the mags.
i keep them for when im out of inspiration and needs a kick up the bum lol. glad i didnt throw them now when i considered it when sorting through everything as i dont like having to do last minute cards, even when im asked to make some by others ive usually got a month or 2 to get them done

Hope you got your card made. I cleared the dining room table before I came out today. Shredded envelopes and recycled leaflets etc.

Put away the dry clothes as I couldn't be bothered last night.

I have photographed my 3 years olds nursery paintings and BINNED THE ORIGINALS!!!! ... I now want to go raid the bin and pull out 2 to add to a scrapbook.. *resist*resist*resist*

I also filled a binbag of utter rubbish.. my knitting corner looks so much nicer!! It is visible for a start. I have some wools which I want to get in my cupboard so I can see my current projects and get a few finished.

Recycling out, I made OH bin 4 empty beer bottles he wanted to keep.. they weren't even all that to look at. I sorted a box of stuff to CS and.... changed the broken phone cover for the new one I bought at the same time.. my phone is now purple instead of pink... I will NEVER be able to find it lol.

I will have this room clean and tidy before today is out.. just stopped for a cuppa and to share my joy with you!

I wonder if I'll be able to "lose" the Eiffel Tower shaped absinthe bottle from our kitchen? It is empty...

It might have an accident when you're clearing other stuff people have left lying around...

lol if it was someone elses and they asked me, like ive done with some things with my husband, i say, did you put away when i asked cos i didnt know where you wanted, if they say no, then i reply with well i probably thought you didnt want it and it went in the bin on one of my fed up of this mess throw it all in the bin days, especially if its in the kitchen or on the dining room table.

on the odd occasion i have been known to do that, pick up a pile of paper work and just throw it in the recycling as well as other bits and pieces that are left out on the table cos im just in a mood and extremely fed up of looking at it. and usually if its anything important when it comes to apper work thats normally in a different pile on the filing cabinet, if not, tuff lol.

well i was up till 6 making the fathers day card, and then when i get up, what do i still see, the fathers day card i left on top of my husbands wallet for him to post on the way to work. took the wallet, not the card. so thats annoyed me a bit now. sent him a message to get a large letter stamp just incase and will have to post it in the box at the bus stop and hope it gets picked up tonight. hope its ok for a last minute card.
