I saw a pink topped wheely bin the other day and had bin envy. :)

I really don't do pink so this made me giggle :rotfl: Also brough back nice memories of my MIL as this was her favourite colour. But think how much it would show the dirt

I have collapsed in a hwap though :(

You've got a lot more done than me today - put your feet up for a bit. You've earned a wee rest.

So far I've managed to sleep in until nearly noon :o
DW on and now ready to empty
    WM emptied
My ironing mountain sorted into one bag, plus what's been put in basket to do today. Need to help OH sort his later - he agrees he's got too many clothes, just need to persuade him to part with some now.

Off to tackle loos, the must do HHI.

DD has had her letter about her Bedroom Tax and is stressed. Managed to calm her down as she was talking about moving but nowhere to move to.
    .

boddy - there was something on my facebook page today about the Bedroom Tax only relating to rooms that are greater than 70 somethings or others (cubic feet?- will check on this for you). I believe a 9ft x 7ft room is 63 (??). If it is smaller, then it is classed as a box room and doesn't come under the Bedroom Tax umbrella. Give me a mo and I'll see if I can find it. You may need to ring your local authority and ask what they define as Box/Bed room, but it may put your DD's mind at rest.

Piggers - £100 sounds good for your ceiling - I was thinking it was gonna cost you £1,000's. Hope the ankle is better today.

I'm cream crackered, too much physical activity for one day. After the hour walk with my friend I've done two hours pruning in my neighbours with DS1 then lugged the whole lot, including rubble from our window work, plus last week's garden stuff all into my car and to the dump (on my own as DS1 had to get ready and go to work). My car needs a good hoover out but that will be for another day, way too tired!

Just having a cuppa and I'll check the bank accounts then move on to dinner and reload the WM and get the washing in from the line.

I have failed to even touch the bedroom (today's room, on the Wolf's List).:(

However, the back lawn is now reasonably Mary-friendly; she won't be falling over long, clumpy grass, with her dodgy back legs.;)

KM your Dailies are whatever tasks your household needs to do every day; it'll be different for us all.

    Mine include:

    Mornings:
    S&S bathroom including loo
    S&S kitchen
Hoover or dustpan & brush floor by food prep surface

    Evenings:
Get Mr LW to prep tomorrow's veggies
Put out fruit for Mr LW's lunchbox for tomorrow
Dispense all our meds for tomorrow - morning ones into "shot glasses", one each, mine for later in the day into two pill boxes
Put any recycling into pink sack/blue box in shed
If we have a canine guest staying, put their breakfast (if they have it) in kitchen ready to serve up (I keep doggy supplies in the spare room)

There's other stuff too, but that gives you the gist - we have no children, so there's no "check that satchels are ready for school" type entry, for instance.

    HTH.:o
